Primal Force Native Rest – Dr Al Sears Natural Sleep Solution?

Primal Force Native Rest Review – Sleep Well?

Native Rest is a new sleep aid supplement made by Dr. Sears and his team at Primal Force. How does it work? Is it really better than melatonin? Find out today in our Primal Force Native Rest review.

What is Primal Force Native Rest?

Native Rest is a sleep aid supplement created by naturopath Dr. Sears. It’s part of his Primal Force lineup of nutritional supplements that promise to offer natural remedies for various medical conditions.

Dr. Sears claims that Native Rest will help you fall asleep naturally without a prescription so you can enjoy the best sleep of your life. Best of all, there are no side effects. And you can fall asleep twice as fast.

Native Rest comes in the form of a spray bottle: you spray it a few times under your tongue when you’re ready to fall asleep at night.

The sleep aid recipe was purportedly invented 4,000 years ago but has been forgotten by modern medicine. Some of history’s biggest names – like King Tut and Alexander the Great – used this sleep remedy.

So what exactly is this sleep aid and how does it work? Let’s take a closer look.

How Does Primal Force Native Rest Work?

Primal Force Native Rest relies on the power of its active ingredient called jujube. That fruit (pronounced “juju-bee”) is native to China. Starting 4,000 years ago, however, it was traded around the world. It eventually worked its way into the historical records of ancient Greece and ancient Egypt.

Today, modern science purportedly shows that the jujube fruit reduces feelings of frustration and stress, calms your nerves, and puts you into a deep “REM” sleep. It’s the kind of sleep that leaves you refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world.

Science has also told us the key active ingredient inside the jujube fruit is jujuboside A, which purportedly targets the hippocampus of your brain.

Traditionally, jujube fruit is used as a sedative in traditional Chinese medicine. There have been few western tests on its effectiveness. However, traditional Chinese medicine typically uses a much higher dose of jujube fruit than what we see in Native Rest (there are 25mg in Native Rest, while recommended dosages are as high as 500mg/kg of bodyweight). reports that based on animal studies, a recommended dose of jujube fruit would be 5,500mg for a 150 pound person, 7300mg for a 200 pound person, and 9000mg for a 250 pound person – so the dosage in Native Rest may not be strong enough.

Another key ingredient in Native Rest is called Jamaican dogwood, which is apparently used by Jamaican fisherman as a natural stress reliever.

Then, for good measure, Dr. Sears has added zinc, selenium, and melatonin.

Scientific Evidence for Primal Force Native Rest

Like most Primal Force supplements, Native Rest has never been independently studied or gone through any clinical trials. Instead, Dr. Sears has just combined a bunch of ingredients together, and some of those ingredients are backed by their own science.

He does, however, claim to have tested Native Rest on his patients and his staff and says that “so far, the results are just what I expected. Safe. Effective. Reliable.”

If you’re looking for independent scientific evidence backing up the benefits of Native Rest, then you won’t find it. But if you’re willing to trust anecdotal evidence you read online, then Native Rest certainly has plenty of that.

Primal Force Native Rest Pricing

Primal Force Native Rest is available at all of the following prices:

  • 1 Month Supply: $19.95 + $8.95 Shipping ($28.90)
  • 2 Bottles: $19.95 + Free Shipping + Free bonus report called “Repair, Refocus and Recharge your Brain”

That 2 bottle offer is exclusively available to first time buyers. So if your address isn’t in the Dr. Sears’ database, then you’ll be able to get 2 bottles for the price of 1 while avoiding shipping costs. Obviously, that’s a much better deal than the one month supply package.

The extra guide, “Repair, Refocus and Recharge your Brain”, is valued at $19.95. It’s a PDF file that will be emailed to you after your purchase goes through. It includes information about how to supercharge your brain by eating the right food, how to avoid foods that hurt your brain, and how to use 7 natural antidotes to eliminate forgetfulness and brain fog.

Like all Primal Force supplements, Native Rest comes with a 100% money back guarantee. You can request a full refund any time within 90 days and get back every penny you paid.

Primal Force Native Rest Ingredients

Primal Force Native Rest mentions that it contains five ingredients, including jujube fruit, melatonin, zinc, selenium, and Jamaican dogwood. Here’s the ingredients label on the side of your 1 fluid ounce bottle:

As you can see, the melatonin dosage is relatively small compared to what we see in other melatonin supplements. Typically, people take a dose of 5mg of melatonin to encourage a full night’s sleep.

Dr. Sears, however, specifically addresses that low dosage, stating that most doctors recommend a dose that’s too high, which can actually counteract its own effects. Furthermore, Native Rest is a sublingual spray (it goes under your tongue), which means you need a lower dose to get the same amount of ingredients.

About Dr. Sears

Dr. Al Sears is a medical doctor who runs an anti-aging clinic in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to running the anti-aging clinic (which he claims has over 25,000 patients), Dr. Sears sells a variety of nutritional supplements and guides online, including the Primal Force lineup.

Other Primal Force products include nootropics, anti-aging supplements, diet pills, multivitamins, and blood sugar management supplements. It’s important to note that none of these supplements are considered drugs: they’re just nutritional supplements, so they don’t have to go through any testing to verify their claims.

You can get in touch with Dr. Sears’ anti-aging clinic by calling 866-895-8555.

Should You Use Native Rest as a Natural Sleep Aid?

Native Rest advertises itself as a natural alternative to melatonin. If you’ve struggled to fall asleep or wake up while using melatonin, then Native Rest may be a viable alternative. There’s a small amount of melatonin in the spray, but it’s much smaller than typical melatonin supplements. The other active ingredients include a natural fruit extract called jujube fruit as well as Jamaican dogwood – two botanicals that have been used throughout history to promote sleep.

There’s not a lot of scientific evidence supporting these ingredients. Jujube seed is used in China as a natural sleep aid, although it’s typically used in much higher dosages than we see in Native Rest. Traditional Chinese medicine considers it a sedative, although western trials on its effectiveness have been few and far between.

However, since Native Rest is applied under the tongue, the dosage doesn’t have to be quite as strong to still have an effect on your body. With further scientific testing on Native Rest (there’s currently none), we would know for sure whether or not this dosage was effective.

Ultimately, if you want to try an alternative sleep aid, then Native Rest may be a good option that can help you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep all night, and wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.
