Performix SST Glow Review
Performix SST Glow is a new dietary supplement that promises to work as a thermogenic weight loss aid. Here’s our Performix SST Glow review.
What is Performix SST Glow?
Performix SST Glow is a dietary supplement available in the form of a capsule or a powder. The supplement promises to help you achieve your weight loss goals by promoting thermogenesis (which basically means it heats your body up to literally burn away fat).
You’re advised to take one serving of Performix SST Glow in the morning to support your weight loss goals.
There’s a difference between the ordinary Performix SST supplement and the Performix SST Glow variety. The Glow version of the supplement is specifically marketed towards women. It calls itself a “female beauty thermogenic” that supports body energy, enhances mental focus, and burns away fat.
How Does Performix SST Glow Work?
Some of the key ingredients in Performix SST Glow include caffeine (there are 170mg of caffeine in each serving) as well as vitamin B12 and herbal “beauty complex” ingredients.
Together, these ingredients promise to offer:
— Better Fat Metabolism
— Enhanced Mental Focus
— Ballistic Body Energy
— Healthy Skin Hydration
There are dozens of ingredients within the Performix SST Glow formula. However, the manufacturer has listed 8 of those ingredients as being particularly important. Those 8 ingredients include:
— Caffeine: With 170mg of caffeine in each 2 capsule serving, Performix SST Glow has more caffeine than the average large energy drink (Red Bull contains 80mg of caffeine in a can, for example, while Rockstar energy drinks contain 160mg). Caffeine is purported to act as a metabolic stimulant, increasing alertness, energy, and caloric burn.
— Yohimbine: This herbal extract has been traditionally used as an herbal stimulant and is used to increase metabolism, enhance the release of fat from the cell, and suppress alpha-2 receptors (which are the “flood gates” of your fat cells). By suppressing these receptors, yohimbine can prevent fat cells from becoming larger.
— Sensoril: Sensoril is a trademarked formula that works in conjunction with choline to improve your brain function. It primarily contains ashwagandha, which may protect adrenal glands from the negative side effects of stimulants.
— Lipowheat: Lipowheat is another registered trademark formula purported to maintain healthy skin hydration. In the words of the manufacturer of Performix SST Glow, “Lipowheat® offers the skin-nourishing benefits of wheat-derived ceramide oils and supports dermal elasticity, proper hydration, and lasting comfort!”
— Niacin (Vitamin B3): Vitamin B3 can be converted into niacinamide. The manufacturer claims that niacinamide can have a soothing effect on your body that’s similar to Valium, although it’s unlikely that the 8.5mg (43% daily value) of vitamin B3 in Performix SST Glow will have a major effect on your body.
— Mucuna Pruriens: This botanical may raise dopamine levels in the body, promoting a feeling of calmness and euphoria. It can also decrease muscle pain and promote favorable hormonal balance for weight loss.
Performix SST Glow Ingredients
The manufacturer has released the following ingredients label:
As you can see, we only get to learn the true amount of a handful of ingredients. Many of the ingredients are listed behind proprietary formulas – like the Lipo Beautifying Skin Complex and the TERRA Pod Ballistic Energy Complex.
That ballistic energy complex is actually a key reason behind why Performix claims to work so well: it’s a unique small capsule that comes coated with stomach acid-fighting ingredients. The target ingredients are hidden beneath three layers of protection. Your body should eat away at these layers as the capsule passes through your body, and then by the time the ingredients arrive at your target destination, they should be ready to be digested.
Performix SST Glow Pricing
Performix SST Glow comes in boxes containing 60 liquid capsules. You’re advised to take two capsules per day, so each box is a monthly supply (see below for specific usage instructions).
You can buy the supplement from a variety of manufacturers. Here are some of the prices we’ve found:
— Bodybuilding.com: $74.99
— Amazon.com: $70.99
— GNC.com: $74.99
The official Performix website doesn’t feature an online store. They just direct you to buy the supplement on GNC.com.
How to Use Performix SST Glow
Performix SST Glow comes with fairly straightforward usage instructions.
For example, you’re advised to take a 1/2 serving (1 capsule) of Performix SST Glow in the morning on an empty stomach to gauge your energy levels at first.
Then, as your tolerance grows, you can increase it to the full morning service of 2 capsules.
The manufacturer recommends that you do not take more than 2 capsules per day, and that you should not take Performix within 6 hours of going to sleep.
Keep in mind that each 2 capsule serving comes with the equivalent caffeine content of about 2 cups of brewed coffee, or about 1 really strong energy drink. If you’re caffeine sensitive, then you may want to limit your dosage (or even try a stimulant-free diet pill).
About Performix
Performix is a nutritional supplement manufacturer that currently sells 10 different supplements.
The manufacturer displays very little information on its website about itself – it doesn’t list its address, for example, or describe its manufacturing conditions.
You can, however, contact the company using the online form found here: PerformixDriven.com/contact.php
Multiple Performix supplements use the “Terra Pod” coating technology we mentioned above, which protects the active ingredients inside multiple protective layers before they reach their intended destination in your body.
Other popular Performix supplements include Stimfree, Super T, Pump, Iridium SSTi, and Iridium IONi.
Ultimately, Performix SST Glow makes a lot of big promises about its weight loss ingredients but never provides clinical evidence reinforcing those benefits. It also comes with a high price tag for a month-long supply of a dietary supplement. Each pill also contains high levels of caffeine (170mg), which may or may not be a good thing depending on your sensitivity. Despite the promises about revolutionary capsule technology, these promises don’t mean much until Performix can give us clinical evidence to show these capsules work better than traditional delivery systems.
