OxyMica20 is a detox supplement that promises to help anyone lose weight and cleanse toxins from the body. The supplement is specifically targeted towards women, although it appears anyone can use the supplement.

Some of the promised benefits of the supplement include:

— Feel energized thanks to a toxin-free body

— Both women and men can get the lean, toned body they’ve always wanted

The supplement is taken daily and promises to use “natural mineral technology” to flush toxins away from your body.

OxyMica20 is priced at $89.95 for a one month supply – even if you purchase it through the “trial offer”, where you just pay shipping today ($9.95) but pay $89.95 just two weeks later.

How Does OxyMica20 Work?

OxyMica20 claims to work using a natural mineral blend that contains things like magnesium, iron, and aluminum.

There’s also another ingredient called Themarox that basically seems to work like purified super-mineral water.

If you look at the dosages for each of the minerals, you’ll find that they’re typically quite a bit less than you are recommended to take when cleansing your body. Here are those dosageS:

— Magnesium: 1.7mg
— Iron: 5mg
— Aluminum: 4.3mg
— Potassium: 840ugl
— Proprietary Blend: 20% Themarox “concentrated complex mineral/salt solution; Purified super-mineral water”

Together, these ingredients promise to push toxins away from your body.

Unfortunately, most sources seem to indicate that the ingredients are hugely underpowered. For example, WebMD.com claims that you should take as much as 30 grams of magnesium to cleanse your body, as opposed to the measly 1.7mg included in OxyMica20. Here’s what WebMD.com recommends based on the different types of magnesium available:

— Magnesium Citrate: 8.75 to 25 grams
— Magnesium Hydroxide: 2.4 to 4.8 grams
— Magnesium Sulfate: 10 to 30 grams

As you can see, even if you picked the lowest recommended amount of the most powerful type of magnesium, OxyMica20 would still be significantly lower than that recommended dosage.

Note: on some packages for OxyMica20, the manufacturer claims that the supplement contains 8.4 grams of magnesium, which is equivalent to 500mg of magnesium sulfate. Based on that information, OxyMica20 has less than 5% the minimum recommended dose of magnesium sulfate (10 grams, or 10,000mg), which is ludicrously underpowered for any supplement.

Magnesium does work to cleanse the body because it’s typically used to treat constipation – even if the dosage in OxyMica20 is woefully small.

There’s only one other ingredient in OxyMica20 that appears to be backed up by any type of clinical testing: aluminum is often used in antacid supplements because it’s been shown to relieve heartburn, upset stomach, and acid indigestion.

Unfortunately for the makers of OxyMica20, none of the other ingredients have the same clinical evidence behind them.

But let’s take a look at Themarox. Because if you’re like most people, you’ve never heard of it before.

What is Themarox?

Themarox is one of the active ingredients in OxyMica20. It’s a proprietary formula made by a Japanese pharmaceutical company named Shimanishi Kaken Co., Ltd.

That company describes their formula as “an extract of minerals from vermiculite in liquid form with a mineral salt content close to twenty percent.”

In other words, it’s salt water with vermiculite thrown in. Vermiculite is a mineral best known for its ability to expand considerably. At high temperatures, vermiculite flakes can expand by 10 to 30 times their size.

Unfortunately, there’s no clinical evidence that vermiculite or Themarox can cleanse the body or provide any type of health benefits – so it’s unclear why the mineral suspension has been added to the supplement.

In addition to the above ingredients, OxyMica20 contains a range of natural herbal extracts and botanicals, all of which have been traditionally used to cleanse the body.

OxyMica20 is available online through TryOxyMica20.com. It cannot be found at any other online store or source. The official site is the only place to get it.

Making things even more restrictive for consumers is that you can’t just order one bottle of the supplement. If you do want to order just one bottle, you’re forced to automatically subscribe to lifetime shipments of the supplement. I’m not joking. Here’s how pricing breaks down:

— Trial Offer: $89.95 + $9.95 S+H

Why is the last offer called a “trial” offer? Well, you only pay $9.95 S+H for the first 20 days. Then, on the 20th day, you’re charged the full price of $89.95 for the bottle you already received, and then you’ll continue receiving monthly shipments of the supplement at a price of $89.95 + $9.95 S+H until you cancel.

Searching for Mineral Health Sciences, LLC reveals very few results. It appears that OxyMica20 is the company’s only supplement.

The only information we have about Mineral Health Sciences, LLC is that the company was owned or registered by a guy named Chad A Grange, who lives in Pacific Palisades, California.

Ultimately, OxyMica20 appears to be yet another overpriced “detox” supplement that doesn’t have the ingredients to back up its bold health claims. Although it has a decent mixture of minerals and botanicals, few of the ingredients are backed by up real scientific evidence or clinical trials.

Worse, OxyMica20 itself has never gone through a clinical trial. For all of these reasons, OxyMica20 doesn’t appear to be a detox supplement worth anywhere near its $100 price tag.
