Orijen Regional Red Dog is freeze dried. Freeze dried means that it takes no cooking to prepare but holds all the natural flavourings and nutrients in. Nitrogen tunnels are used to freeze the fresh ingredients, locking in those nutrients.
For 18 hours, the freeze dry process continues, whilst any water in the ingredients is converted into ice vapour without creating excess moisture or liquid water. This removes any water from the fresh ingredients and just leaves pure and nourishing food.
