Nerium Optimera Review
Optimera is an anti-aging skin cream produced by multilevel marketing company Nerium International. Find out how Optimera works – and whether or not it’s worth the price – today in our review.
What is Optimera?
Optimera is a new anti-aging skin cream introduced by Nerium International in 2014.
The anti-aging skin cream comes in two varieties: Optimera Night and Optimera Day. You wear one cream during the day to moisturize your skin and protect it from harmful UV radiation. Then, you wear the second cream during the night to heal your skin as you sleep.
In a blog post announcing Optimera last year, the Optimera product development team said the following:
“Our Product Development Team has been working for over two years on building cutting-edge, anti-aging products that meet a wide array of international regulatory requirements. We are very excited to announce that our product development team has created a new line of breakthrough, propriety anti-aging skincare products.”
How Does Optimera Work?
Optimera relies on a unique ingredient called SAL-14 extract. That ingredient is patent-pending and uses “cutting edge plant cell duplication technology” to deliver a “powerful protein blend” into your skin.
That ingredient hasn’t been studied by any major independent organizations. However, Nerium says that in clinical testing, 93% of participants experienced an improvement in the appearance of wrinkles while 97% had an improvement in the “radiance” of their skin.
Ultimately, you’re supposed to leave Optimera on for 24 hours a day, every day of your life: you wear the day cream during the day and the night cream on at night, leaving your face totally protected all day long.

How to Buy Optimera
You can buy Optimera from your local Nerium retailer. Or, if you don’t know a distributor or retailer, then you can also buy the skin cream online from Nerium.com/products, where you’ll find Optimera sold at the following prices:
— Night & Day Combo Pack: $188 ($138 auto delivery order price)
— Age-Defying Night Cream: $125 ($92 auto delivery)
— Age-Defying Night Cream (2-Pack): $235 ($172 auto delivery)
Oddly enough, you can’t buy the day cream by itself: you can only buy the night cream.
The auto delivery order price is the price you pay if you choose to receive automatic monthly shipments of that supplement. You receive a significant discount, although you receive new orders of Optimera every month until you cancel.
Nerium offers a 30 day money back guarantee to all its customers. You must return the product in its original packaging with the original invoice to Nerium within 30 days of your purchase, and you’ll receive a refund of the purchase price.
Cancelling your Nerium monthly autoship subscription is surprisingly difficult. The company makes you submit a written notice at least five business days before your next scheduled processing date.
Some orders, however, can be cancelled by email ([email protected]) or fax (214-390-9988). Nerium claims you can cancel Auto-Delivery Orders and Monthly Subscriptions over email or fax, although Monthly Auto-Delivery Orders and Monthly Subscriptions for the Advanced Business Center must be cancelled by written notice.
How to Use Nerium Optimera
— Optimera Day Cream: Use every morning. Rinse your face, then apply four to five pumps of cream to the face and neck area. Women can apply makeup immediately afterward. Men can apply the cream after shaving or cleansing their face.
— Optimera Night Cream: Use every night. Cleanse your face thoroughly, then apply four to five pumps of cream onto your damp face. The product sets like a mask, so you should feel some tightening as the cream dries.
Conclusion: Who Should Use Optimera?
Optimera is targeted towards men and women who want to reduce the effects of aging on their skin. If you’re looking for an effective daily moisturizer and wrinkle-fighting night mask, then Optimera’s Night and Day Cream lineup may be the product that’s right for you.
