OptiHealth Products – Effective Isotonic Nutraceutical Formula?

on

So long as humanity faces the threat of sickness, disease, and age, vitamins and supplements will be in demand by a population of consumers that desire optimal health.

The human body is not a machine, and due to stress, unhealthy diet, and infection, the body becomes susceptible to an entire host of illness and conditions. Vitamins and supplements have in more recent years become the most effective way of keeping the body running at its peak performance, staving off untimely illness and death.

What Is OptiHealth?

OptiHealth is a company that was founded in 2003, and its flagship products include, OPCXtra, CalX, and XtraVITE. All of OptiHealth’s products are produced in FDA GMP certified manufacturing facilities inside the United States, and all ingredients are standardized to assure the customer of a consistent product.

The product website also boasts of their high quality herbal extract and ingredients which are first brought to standard prior to bottling, and then tested three times over for quality, potency, and safety, before making their way to the consumer.

OptiHealth was established as an attempt to deliver the home healthcare products that the modern market requires. The need for full vitamin and nutritional profile is being recognized at an increasing rate as being incredibly important to optimal health. While many consumers are not able to get all of these from their diet, producers like OptiHealth have stepped in to provide the antidote to these deficiencies.

OptiHealth Products

The OptiHealth website focuses on a core of three products, a testament to this producer's claims of concentrating on quality among a minimal number of offerings, over trying to please every niche in the market and failing to catch weaknesses in their haste.

The three products being offered through OptiHealth's product page are OPCXtra Isotonic OPC, XtraVITE Isotonic Multivitamin Supplement, and CalX Isotonic Calcium and Magnesium Supplement. Each of OptiHealth's line is designed to specifically address separate and unique supplemental requirements of a diverse range of consumer needs.

OPCXtra – Isotonic OPC

This is a combination of antioxidants consisting of six different types of bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids, also known as Vitamin P, are sets of compounds that are found in fruits and vegetables. Some of the sources of bioflavonoids in this product includes: green tea extract, pine bark extract, grape seed extract, and red wine extract. These bioflavonoids are efficient in keeping the immune system alert and responsive to certain reactions like allergies, inflammation, and infections.

OptiHealth states that OPCXtra is very water soluble, meaning it dissolves in water, and is delivered as an isotonic solution. Additionally, the producer claims that because of this, OPCXtra is delivered to the small intestine almost instantly.

Ingredients: OptiHealth's website provides a complete list of ingredients in OPCXtra, and these include: Grape seed extract, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, red wine extract, pine bark extract, green tea extract, citrus extract bioflavonoids and bilberry extract. Other non active ingredients necessary for the production of OPCXtra are citric acid, pectin, and fructose.

Recommended use: OptiHealth advises that OPCXtra is best taken before breakfast. For best results, mix 60 ml of water and 3/4 of the teaspoon (found in every bottle) in a drinking glass, then allow to stand for a few minutes for full solubility before drinking.

XtraVITE Isotonic Supplement

This isotonic formula is a multivitamin blend useful in cases of vitamin deficiencies or inadequately nutritional diet. Proper satisfaction of the daily intake of vitamins and nutrients are needed for the overall growth, development, and function of the body. OptiHealth stresses the fact that since vitamins are not produced in the body then, supplementation needs to be undertaken in order to keep the nutritional level within the body optimal.

There are a number of negative results that could arise when the body is vitamin deficient, and the list is so comprehensive that it includes everything from sleeplessness, to degradation of bodily functions up to and including death.

OptiHealth further elaborates that the vitamins contained in most of the foods we eat are not sufficient owing to the advancement in food technology and empty caloric diets, so the body may not be able to maintain and repair (or assist in repairing) its functions.
