What is NO2 Burst?

NO2 Burst is a bodybuilding supplement that works by raising nitric oxide levels in the body. By raising nitric oxide levels, NO2 Burst widens your blood vessels, which boosts your endurance and helps you build lean muscle mass.

The supplement is made by a company named Real Deal Health, or RDH. That company’s products are endorsed by former Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the World Evander Holyfield, which is why Evander appears all over the sales pages for NO2 Burst.

How Does NO2 Burst Work?

NO2 Burst claims to work using all natural ingredients. These ingredients are “scientifically advanced”, according to the manufacturer, and backed by enormous amounts of scientific evidence.

Instead of just raising nitric oxide levels, NO2 Burst claims that it actually “literally supercharges your DNA at the molecular level.”

It’s unclear how NO2 Burst supercharges your DNA.

Nevertheless, Real Deal Health claims that their supplement is clinically proven to boost lean muscle mass, elevate nitric oxide production, eliminate lactic acid buildup, heal torn and damaged muscles, and increase ATP cellular energy levels.

The makers of NO2 Burst spend a lot of time talking about the benefits of the supplement. Approximately half of one sales page is devoted to sales copy slogans like “shredded warriors score more chicks” and “if you are a limp-minded ladies’ section boy then go buy a bottle of Gatorade.”

The other half of that sales page is literally just pictures of ripped dudes hanging out with half-naked women.

When you finally find the section explaining how NO2 Burst works, you’ll learn that it’s just a blend of three amino acids and some herbal extracts, which we’ll talk about in the next section.

NO2 Burst Ingredients

NO2 Burst contains all of the following ingredients:

• L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
• L-Arginine HCL
• Arginine Ketoisocaproate

All of these amino acids work in pretty much the same way. As you may already know, amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Protein is the building block of muscle. By increasing amino acid levels within your body, you can boost muscle growth.

Certain amino acids – like L-Arginine – are also used to widen blood vessels and increase nitric oxide. L-Arginine is the most popular amino acid. It’s typically taken in doses of 3 grams to 6 grams when used for bodybuilding.

NO2 Burst contains three types of Arginine. Unfortunately, we don’t know what the actual dose of arginine inside the supplement. That’s a big problem because we know that arginine is a valuable nitric oxide booster at a specific dosage (3 grams to 6 grams). But NO2 Burst could contain a significantly lower amount of Arginine.

Typically, when a manufacturer refuses to divulge dosage information for the supplement, it means the supplement isn’t very powerful.

The official Real Deal Health website also lists different ingredient information for the supplement. in addition to the three amino acids listed above, the official website mentions that NO2 Burst contains fenugreek, Longjack, and tribulus terrestris, all of which are herbal extracts used in traditional medicine as an aphrodisiac.

Should You Use NO2 Burst to Build Lean Muscle Mass?

NO2 Burst says all the right things about its benefits. It claims to raise nitic oxide levels to help you build lean muscle mass.

Unfortunately, that’s where the good times stop for the supplement. The supplement never lists any ingredient dosage information. It also never lists any clinical trials or scientific evidence. Basically, it’s a blend of amino acids and nitric oxide boosters in an undisclosed dosage that has no evidence that it works as advertised. It certainly doesn’t “literally supercharge your DNA” as the packaging claims.

Until we see dosage information or clinical trial data for NO2 Burst, it’s difficult to recommend this supplement from Evander Holyfield’s Real Deal Health.
