Daspartic Acid (DAA)
This amino acid is claimed to regulate testosterone synthesis, which results in the body pumping more testosterone.
This can help men increase strength and aid in fertility. On the down side, excess consumption of DAA can cause side effects such as acne, headaches, diarrhea and mood swings. There currently not enough scientific evidence to support the claims for DAA.
Long Jack Root
Long Jack is an evergreen shrub tea that is commonly found in Southeast Asia, specifically Malaysia.
It is claimed that the tea made from this plan can improve men’s sexual abilities due to the elevated testosterone levels.
There is evidence that this root is possibly effective for male infertility, but there is insufficient evidence for improving athletic performance and muscle strength.
Chrysin is a flavonoid that is claimed to reduce inflammation and help reduce recovery times in a work out and/or athletic game; however there is conflicting evidence on the legitimacy of this claim.
Citrulline is a nitric oxide that is claimed to improve blood flow and allow nutrients to reach the muscles faster.
It is also claimed to help relax the arteries. Unfortunately, this is insufficient evidence to support this claim.
When combined with L-Citrulline, it is claimed that this substance can improve blood flow and allow an optimal distribution of nutrients in the bloodstream; however scientific studies suggest otherwise.
L-Norvaline is an amino acid that is claimed to promote tissue regeneration and muscle growth.
It is also claimed to increase protein synthesis. There is still conflicting evidence on whether or not these claims are true or false.

It is also claimed to boost the metabolism, however there is not enough scientific evidence to support this claim.

Innovative Muscle claims that this plant can boost athletic performance; however, there is insufficient evidence to support this claim.
