Daspartic Acid (DAA)
This amino acid is claimed to regulate testosterone synthesis, which results in the body pumping more testosterone.
This can help men increase strength and aid in fertility. On the down side, excess consumption of DAA can cause side effects such as acne, headaches, diarrhea and mood swings. There currently not enough scientific evidence to support the claims for DAA.
Long Jack Root
Long Jack is an evergreen shrub tea that is commonly found in Southeast Asia, specifically Malaysia.
It is claimed that the tea made from this plan can improve men’s sexual abilities due to the elevated testosterone levels.
There is evidence that this root is possibly effective for male infertility, but there is insufficient evidence for improving athletic performance and muscle strength.

It is also claimed to increase protein synthesis. There is still conflicting evidence on whether or not these claims are true or false.

Caffeine is commonly used in coffee, teas energy drinks and soda beverages to help boost energy to keep people alert and moving throughout their day.
Since this product contains 325mg of caffeine, it is not recommended to take this product 5 hours before bedtime.
Di-Caffeine Malate
Di-caffeine malate is commonly used to compensate the energy crash that most people experience from caffeinated beverages and sugary foods.
It is also claimed to boost the metabolism, however there is not enough scientific evidence to support this claim.
