Ordered the “free” trial on 16.05.17 and got invoiced $131 on the 30.05.17 with still no product. The product arrived a couple of days later. I called to cancel the subscription on 10.06.17 after a further $135 was debited from my card. When I was talking to customer service ( who were in Salt Lake City even though I’d called Adelaide Aus) they didn’t speak much English and said due to me not cancelling within 16 days from the order date I wasn’t eligible for the money back guarantee. Be very careful when dealing or ordering from these people. They continue to take money from your credit card even after you cancel your account, you order one product but get charged for two. Very hard to make contact with them and harder to get anyone who speaks understandably. Cancelling the credit card seems to be the only way to stop the charges. And still no product.

WHAT A DISGUSTING RIP-OFF. I chose the product as a “free no obligation prize” for completing a product survey on some other product. Pay the delivery fee $1.95 and it’s yours. It takes more than 16 days to arrive however, if you decide you don’t want it you have to cancel the order or send it back with a return authorisation (RMA) within 16 days. An impossible task! Then the fun starts. Credit charges of over $200 per month start to appear on the statement and more product starts to arrive after the invoice date is older than 16 days. Finally when I contacted then using the phone number on their website (which doesn’t work if you use all the prefix numbers they quote) I was told that because I didn’t cancel within the 16 day period I couldn’t get a refund. But they would cancel my “contract” and not take charge me for the delivery already on the way. Apparently when you give them your credit card details somewhere in some very small print it says that you agree to further charges unless you cancel within 16 days. So no matter what you do it will cost about $500 before you can even try to stop them. Do not deal with these people they are Rogues, cheats and thieves.

I had the same experience, received the first bottle (advertised as free sample to give away, just pay for shipment) in an envelope without invoice or receipt or any notice saying who to contact. Subsequently received 2 credit card charges of EUR 96 from a merchant named ychelpline.com. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the subscription because I could not contact any one on that website. Your company charged our account twice without our permission. We did not even receive any email confirmation regarding the order. The bottle received arrived more than 20 days past the trial period (14 days trial period). I decided to give this stuff ago via their free trial and received the sample products within 2 weeks of the order.
I just so happened to check my account balance prior to going to work one night and noticed that I was short $130.29 from my account. Upon checking my transactions I noticed a pending payment had been made just 30 minutes prior to checking my balance. I was straight on to my bank reporting the unauthorized transaction and cancelling my credit card to prevent this happening again.
My bank has graciously refunded me my $130.29 while they investigate this matter.

I had placed an order – that never was submitted so I proceeded to try again a second time. Both times my “Free Trial” registration was never submitted as an error prompt came up both times. However some weeks later $139.65 was taken from my account, I had been given advice to cancel out my credit card but thought I would wait for my card to physically come in the mail a week or so later. Their trick is to overwhelm you with pages and pages of useless information with an image to the side proclaiming “free trial” and when you tab on that it pretty much takes you to an order page with zero information other than placing the order process and in the meantime you are generally totally unaware that apparently you have to advise them that you do not want to continue receiving the tablets each fortnight/month and the first you know about it is when your bank account is debited. The other trick of course is not to outline how much the “subscription” will cost you. You will end up paying around $500 month for bullshit. I too have my bank looking into it. I cancelled the order straight after I ordered it and they only took 11dollars aus out I got my samples 60tabs each happy with the product getting a few pimples that’s the only downfall but its evident that I’m gaining muscle and got more stamina well obviously if I got more stamina ill gain mire muscle I only take 2 force before workout 4 days a week and 1tab in morning I excel I believe that’s good for me and they will last longer but I wont order from there again to worried about them taking extra cash out but product good ill find a similar one when I run out which I about now haha but ill look for more reliable and professional company good luck guys

I have used the trial samples. I have gotten gains from both. I wouldn’t say 200% muscle growth like advertised but gains. I have been training for years and couldn’t push myself to really lift heavier no matter what I tried. Since using the products; I have had gains in my routine everywere. Small but gains and I’m now lifting heavier weights than before when I had hit my peak. I lost 5 kilo of body fat and my physique has changed significantly. Hi,I registered for the free bottle promotion of your Hyper Tone Force and Hyper Toner Excel. I followed what was asked to provide bank card details for the cost of mailing which was $2.95 per bottle. I received my product but was then shocked to see that my bank card has had two deductions of $127.46 on the 5th September 2016 from NUSLMSCRT and $132.21 on the 2nd of September 2016 from WELLBNGGLS. I contacted customer service from the number provided on the bottle sent to me. They proceeded to explain that the deductions were because I didn’t cancel my order within 16 days. After reading some of these reviews I checked my account and found that they had taken just under $135 from my account. I have since had the card cancelled and reissued. Lucky for me the CBA have credited the funds back and will chase the company for their funds. They have had dealings with them in the past. Unbelievable that these companies can do that and think they can get away with it. I have yet to try the product but am keen to know if anyone has and if it has worked for them. I don’t know much about the product, but what I do know it that the free trial one time offer is a scam for them to get your credit card details from when you pay for the postage of the so call free product. They have a clause in the fine print that says your account will be debited for a further $89 if you don’t cancel your account within 16 days of you placing the order.
I wasn’t so lucky to have cancelled my order in time, and they debited me the R1355…after calling their S.A offices to ask for my refund, which they agreed to pay due to them debiting my account on the 14th day and not after the 16th day……
The issue is that I am still awaiting my refund….since the 13 June 2016.

I just received a bill for $132 after accepting the free bottle. I did read the T’s and C’s but the fine print is deceptive. I had to go online to their third party chat facility as no email address is available. Still the person online tried to get me to not cancel but offered me a discount. TOTAL SCAM. I had to demand to be removed from their list and copied our chat and have uploaded it with other relevant documents from them to the ACCC for comment. The website associated with the chat service errors out.
What the online person texted me: “The reason why you have been billed it’s because the product is not a One Time Sale, it is active for a monthly shipment. You were only given 6 days Introductory period starts from the date of purchase by paying the shipping cost.
If you do not like to be billed for the regular price and be enrol in the monthly shipment, you must contact us to cancel the account because if not you will be automatically billed and enrol in the monthly shipment regardless of having the product or not.”
I have vented my fury on facebook and posted as many major advertisers of this product range as possible.
Ironic that some advertisers note that supply is currently unavailable. LOL
Hi did u find out how to cancel this shit they have took 2 lots of $135 out of my account and I have no number to cancel nothing at all and I didn’t even click confirm when I was going to get it I’m just thinking of cancelling my card so they can’t get any more it’s a bloody rip off
I called my bank and had to cancel the card and have a new one issued. Once cancelled they can no longer debit your account

The following was in an email from them telling me they had taken my money:

You won’t get your money back but you need to stop any further payments. Take a copy of your chat with whoever answers while you have it on screen. Sheena “served me”.
I would also recommend you block any further payments to: activnrgft or SlimaFit
Also make a complaint. In Australia it is the ACCC SCAMWatch site that one may submit a SCAM complaint to.
Sorry you got burnt as well. Let’s save a few other potential victims.

hi, dont go buying this product with intentions of not getting ripped off. i bought the trial product and them had additional charges made to my card without my knowledge and then the contact details for this group was either disconnected or didnt exist
this is a scam dont buy into it. if you do buy it block them from further transactions after you get your trial bottles so they cant get more from you

I didn’t even get that….I got the free trial without obligation to buy further, should I be unhappy with the product. All I have to pay was the $2 postage.

I took the free trail, just got my bottle now, paid R54 for shipping which was taken out immediately and R45 when I picked it up, Also has a R13** came out of my account a few days after I placed my order , I called the bank they sent me a link to some cream site in Ireland. I disputed it and they refunded my money. There’s most probably someone who works there that’s doing fraud, bec after I disputed the transaction I still received my bottle. So maybe use a prepaid Credit Card – I don’t know how the web wallets works – maybe that’s an option too…..I’m gonna take some photos , document the process and then update your’l if this is bullshit or not.

BE WARNED!! This hyper tone force and hyper exel may well work but look out as you will have money taken from your account without your knowledge. I purchased the postage only free sample bottles from a link to mens health from facebook. I paid the $6.10 Australian postage and received an email with an order number and the 2 samples bottles i would receive. This was on 8/8/16 and the package arrived on 26/8/16.
Yesterday without my knowledge $123.35 was automatically taken from my account. SO BE WARNED… THE FREE SAMPLES ARE NOT FREE

I phoned the customer center. Seems like all of us paid the same amount. When i recieved my order confirmation it said that there will be extra charges from zippcrshph.com must be that R1366. I cancelled my order now and recieved an email that it was cancelled. Also that i must keep the product once delivered to me. Hope that this is not a scam…
ife ordered these products 3 months ago. they have been taking money from my account eversince. ife received one bottle with 30 capsules the exel one. they have taken over R6000 from my account. i think its a scam. three months later stil nothing. so i payed R6000 for 30 capsules. phoned the the woman today (kate) just talks crap. want to give me a discount?????? on what??? waste of time. dont do this you guys. waste of time and a lot of money. im not done with these people.

Ordered my sample package on the 27th of July and I have not received anything tI’ll today. Kaylan from customer care tells me no one knows where the product is. The service is almost computerised and very inhuman. Is there anyone who can assist? I’d hate to loose out on the product as I’m keen. Do not buy this Hypertone Force online. Total rip off. Order the trial paid the shipping cost as advised. A week later they deducted an amount of R 1352.00 from my account. When I queried via the chat. A lady responded
