  1. Maryam,

Your website set expectations that the product was in stock. Your ordering process set expectations that it would arrive within two days. When the credit card charge arrived, but the product didn’t there was a gap in customer expectations. Attempts to contact your company to bridge that gap failed to generate any response whatsoever. So my wife contacted your credit card clearing company, and they gave her your cell phone number as the customer service number for your company. I’m sorry that offended you, but if you had listened to the message you would have known to call her number back…not mine just because she had used my phone. I don’t know why you found it a violation of your privacy that someone had called your cell phone, a quick search produces the Hollywood Hills apartment you run your company out of. But since you subsequently called me from your home phone, rest assured that address can’t reach me again either. I am glad you are an activist and proud of being so; I also hope bees survive. But your understanding of business is deeply flawed, you need to do something else with your life.

    Good bye,
    Dana

PS I’m sorry you are turned off by “people who smell” but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t smell so much. When you learn the difference between ‘smell’ and ‘stink’, perhaps you’ll be ready to have customers. It’s a lot like the difference between ‘buy’ and ‘sell’.

  2. I am shopping for a Silver Colloidal/ionic machine and was interested in the “Silver Healer” the Honey Colony promotes. But, I could not find any info about where the machine is made; nor, could I ask a question in their ‘chat’ window because it was never ‘manned’ and I would have to leave them my email address to get an answer. Nor could I get a phone number to call and receive information or an address for a physical location. This all smacks of being too clandestine to me. I like my stores to be available for communication. Their whole surreptitious presence online makes me feel uncomfortable. I think I might not be the only one who feels like this. Maybe the colony members could rethink their online presence and become accessible.

  3. Out of all honesty, I placed one order from this company because I saw that a youtuber was very impressed by their product so I gave them a try. When I had placed it, I paid for 1-2 business days and the email sent me a order number but no tracking info, 5 days later it told me it was still processing…I was getting frustrated and so I contacted the cofounder and unbelievable very unsophistacted, has no manners and doesn’t know anything that helped me in the slightest way. Hoping that my order comes in very soon and that it’ll be worth the cost but very unsure if I want to deal with horrible service from the owner of this company.
