What is Flabs 2 Abs?
Flabs 2 Abs is a workout DVD that has one unique distinction from other workout DVDs: it includes nutritional information along with fitness guidance.
The workout DVD was created by two brothers named Craig and Matt Lewandowski. Both of the brothers claim to have used the program to lose weight and transform their own bodies in 30 days.
The brothers recorded their results and the steps they took to achieve each result. By the end of the program, the brothers had lost a total of 40 pounds combined over just the first 30 days – or at least that’s the story.
How Does Flabs 2 Abs Work?
The fitness portion of Flabs 2 Abs shows you instructional videos and walks you through each workout. There are six different weight training workouts as well as cardio instructions. This part of the program was created by the two Lewandowski brothers.
Some of the key ideas behind Flabs 2 Abs include:
— No gym, no weights, and no sweat required. The brothers claim that weight training is optional, cardio is customizable according to your strengths, although nutrition is mandatory.
— 6 weight training workouts that are specifically designed to give you amazing results in a short period of time, including one abdominal workout that promises to be the “only abdominal workout you’ll ever need”
— A downloadable eBook that features a complete meal plan, recipe tips, shopping list, and everything else you need to eat healthier
The nutritional part of the plan tells you to eat 5 meals per day, with each meal spaced about 3 hours apart. You’re specifically told which foods to eat and which foods to avoid. This part of the program was created by Chef Das, who calls himself a “celebrity chef to the stars”.
The plan lasts 30 days. If you can follow the fitness program and diet guidelines for 30 straight days, then you should be able to achieve significant fitness results.
Who Are the Lewandowski Brothers?
Oddly enough, the Lewandowski brothers don’t claim to be celebrity fitness trainers, famous dieticians, or fitness instructors. Instead, they say they have “no formal background training” in fitness and simply like to share their experiences on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to weight loss.
As the official Flabs 2 Abs website says, this “30 day body transformation program was created by regular people like you!”
Who is Chef Das?
Chef Das is the nickname of a celebrity chef named Darrell Smith. According to the Flabs 2 Abs website, Das was born and raised in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Today, Chef Das runs a culinary arts program at Beverly Hills High School.
One of the highlights of Chef Das’s career was preparing food for the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama. Chef Das was also featured on the Food Network’s show Next Food Network Star as well as The Great Food Truck Race. He has also repeatedly appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Network series, Home Made Simple.
Today, while working as Director of his culinary arts program at BVHS, Chef Das also works as the personal chef to Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Chef Das has lent his culinary expertise to Flabs 2 Abs and his meal recommendations are displayed throughout the 30 day program.
