Each Fit Expo also offers vendor space to allow companies to promote their products to hundreds of expo attendees.

The Fit Expo moves across the United States throughout the year. Event dates and specifics are listed below. All expo tickets give attendees access to vendor booths, special events, competitions, and celebrity autograph sessions. Many vendors offer deeply discounted products during the Fit expo so it is a great time to learn about new fitness products and get some great deals. Fit expo is a family friendly event and there are kid friendly events scheduled throughout the day at all Fit Expo events.
Los Angeles, California: January 7-8, 2017
Presented by Bodybuilding.com and sponsored by Subway. Attendees will enjoy a full weekend of informative booths, free giveaways, workshops, and guest speakers. The Los Angeles event is proud to welcome Jay Cutler, a four time Mr. Olympia champion; Tito Ortiz, a UFC Hall of Famer; and Billy Blanks, founder of the Tae Bo workout program.
Chicago, Illinois: May 6-7, 2017
Event details and special guests are yet to be fully determined. As with every Fit Expo, there will be special competitions, free samples, learning seminars, as well as opportunities to meet fitness idols. All events and seminars are free with admission price.
San Jose, California: July 29-30
The San Jose event similar to the other Fit expos will offer hundreds of vendors offering new products and free samples. This expo will have a dodge ball competition as well as a children specific program schedule.
Anaheim, California: August 26-27
The Fit Expo in Anaheim offers parkour demonstrations as well as physique and bikini competitions.
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida: October 21-22
This Fit expo event will welcome many of the same special guests as the other expo locations. Event attendees will get a chance to meet CT Fletcher who is a six time World Champion Powerlifter as well as Kali Muscle who is a well-known author and hardcore bodybuilder.
Who Organizes the Fit Expo?
The Fit Expo is organized in each location and has a few different sponsors based on location. Every expo is sponsored by bodybuilding.com, Subway, and GNC. Additionally, Women’s Health Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine, Cutler Nutrition, and BPI sports are also important sponsors. The expos are ultimately organized and run by a company called National Fitness Productions based in Glendale, California.
Fit Expo Pricing
Each expo has its own location and costs associated. Some venues have designated parking for an additional fee. Basic admission as well as vendor pricing is outlined below.
Los Angeles:
-Attendees:
Adults are $30.00 per day or $45.00 for a two day pass.
Children 12 and under are $10.00 per day and tickets can only be purchased at the door.
Children age 6 and younger are free.
All ticket holders will receive a one year (10 months) subscription to either Men’s Health Magazine or Women’s Health Magazine.
Attendees can purchase their tickets online and avoid the line at the event. Another advantage is attendees who printed their tickets ahead of time will get to enter the arena before the attendees who bought tickets on the event day.
-Vendors:
Vendors who would like to have a booth at the expo can reserve an in-line booth for $2,200 for the two day event. A corner booth coasts $2,400. Vendors who are on a budget can choose to share a booths pace with another vendor by emailing the event organizers.
Chicago, Illinois:
-Attendees:
Adult tickets are $25.00 per day or $40 for both days.
Children under age 12 are $10 per day and can only be purchased at the door.
Children under the age of 6 are free.
-Vendors:
Each vendor space is 10 foot X 10 foot. An in-line space costs $1,500 for the weekend. A corner booth space will cost $1,700.
San Jose, California:
-Attendees:
Adult Fit Expo tickets are $25 per day or $40 for both days.
Children under age 12 are $10 per day and can be purchased at the door.
Children age 6 and younger get free admission.
-Vendors:
All vendor spaces at the San Jose Fit Expo are 10 foot by 10 foot. In-line vendor booths cost $1,500 for both days. Corner spaces are $1,700.
Anaheim, California:
-Attendees:
Adult tickets are $25.00 per day or $40.00 for both days.
Children ages 12 and under are $10 per day at the door and all kids under age 6 are free.
-Vendors:
10 foot by 10 foot booths are $1,600 for in-line spaces and $1,800 for corner spaces.
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida:
Currently there is no information on event ticket costs but it will probably be similar to the other expo locations. Vendors can go ahead and secure booth space for $1,600 for an in-line booth and $1,800 for corner spaces.
The Fit Expo offers additional discounts to vendors who exhibit at more than one of the conventions.
