How to Use Body Biotics
The manufacturer of Body Biotics recommends taking a dose of Body Biotics once per day, 30 minutes before a meal, with 6 to 8 ounces of water.
Then, each week, add another capsule daily until you are taking 6 capsules per day. Continue with this dosage for 4 to 6 months before dropping back down to 3 to 4 capsules per day on a maintenance plan.
Children between ages 2 and 8 are advised to take half of the adult dosage.
