Best In Nature – Quality Health & Wellness Supplement Company?

on

Best In Nature is a corporation registered with the state of California as a producer of health and dietary supplements. Best In Nature claims they are led by a team of experts devoted to continually improving their business and their products. The CEO of Best In Nature is Joy Pan, who has an MA in Pharmaceutical Engineering and “decades of experience managing businesses who produce natural products.” While by no means a family-owned or US-based company, Best In Nature does provide a wide selection of products for consumers around the world that are primarily produced using natural ingredients.

The company is in good standing with business accreditation organizations and they do have a small following online. However, their social media presences haven’t been updated since 2013 and there’s not a lot of engagement to be seen with the brand. On their website, there are a few glitches with the ordering process, although they are always updating their site with new products and sales. They have a review system although, at the time of this review, none could be located. They also have a blog on their website, with posts about healthy living and nutrition, but the most recent post is from November 2016.

The company is still around, although not very active. It looks like their blog and social media profiles are no longer maintained, but they do have an active “Contact us” link on their website. They also give a company address located in California on their contact page, and their hours of operation state Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. In addition to an email form, they give a telephone and fax number, along with a direct email address and a weekend telephone number. In addition, they provide their Toronto, Canada and Shanghai, China emails and phone numbers.

About Best In Nature

Best In Nature makes a variety of products for all life stages, from children and teens to adults and seniors. They sell junior nutrients, vitamins, immune system support, sleep aids, anti-aging remedies, anti-anxiety remedies, and much more. Prices average between $30 and $40 for most bottles of supplements.

They also sell liver supplements and detoxification pills. While they have a review system on their site, it seems rather empty. They do provide a good amount of information with each product, including some graphics. They mention the potential benefits of using certain products and also give a basic suggested usage and storage recommendation.

A complete chart of supplement facts is provided with each product, and all ingredients can be viewed online. The disclaimer, “This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease,” is included with every product. Unlike some companies who make a point to use “maximum strength formulas” so multiple capsules aren’t needed, many of Best In Nature’s products have a recommended serving size of two capsules each day. Most bottles contain around 90 capsules all together.

Some of the company’s top sellers include Bone & Joint Health, Anti-Aging supplements, heart health/circulation supplements, and women’s health supplements.

Best In Nature Benefits

While the benefits of supplements have not been studied closely enough to be verified by the Food & Drug Administration or any other organization, many natural health organizations tout multiple benefits for certain ingredients. While consumers back up certain claims, perceived benefits should be taken with caution.

Shopping on the website is made easy with a search function and a variety of ways to narrow down the selection so consumers can find what they need. Additionally, those buying more than one can get instant discounts with the options of buy 3 get 1 free, buy 5 get 2 free, and buy 10 get 5 free for many products.

The Negatives

The products themselves do contain natural ingredients thought to be effective, however, there are some other ingredients thrown in, like rice flour and silicon dioxide that aren’t necessarily “good for you” ingredients. Additionally, the sources of such ingredients are unknown. Moreover, many capsules contain gelatin, which means these products are not vegetarian or vegan friendly.

Where To Buy

Items are always in stock and discounts are available for those buying multiple bottles of the same product when buying directly through the website, however, there are some bugs. While using the site, reviewers had issues adding things to their cart. They could put them in there, but upon going to their cart to checkout, the cart would sometimes be empty or missing products, which means buying direct can be a troublesome experience for certain users. For those who can get their site running smoothly, they do accept all major credit cards, along with Alipay.

Best In Nature’s products are available elsewhere for those interested. They are sold on Amazon and at a couple other websites. Some shops also stock them, although they are not necessarily a preferred or well-known brand. It’s likely that Best In Nature re-brands products under other names, or perhaps sells re-branded products, although none of that information is publicly available (“white labeling” is a very common practice and doesn’t necessarily negate the quality).

Best In Nature Review Summary

Best In Nature offers products that feature natural ingredients, but some additives may make cautionary consumers question them. In addition, not knowing the origin of the ingredients can raise issues, and since their products are primarily sold on their website—which seems to have a few cart bugs—getting a hold of their products may be a little tricky.

However, they do provide multiple ways to contact them, so if you need assistance placing an order, you’ll probably be able to get it fairly quickly. Even though their social media presences have been deserted, just like their blog, they are still an active company. The reviewing system on their website lacks feedback from consumers, but their products have been reviewed on Amazon and have (suspiciously) high ratings overall.

The prices at Amazon seem comparable to those on their direct site, although their “buy some get some free” options aren’t available on Amazon. It’s hard to say how fast shipping would be buying directly from them, or where they would ship the product from, but when buying from Amazon, their products are Prime eligible. Before you purchase, you might make use of Amazon’s Question-and-Answer feature and inquire about consumers actual experience with the product. This will send your question to Amazon’s database of customers who have truly purchased it, and you might get more candid results than the 100% 5-star reviews give—or perhaps you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Overall, just air on the side of caution when purchasing a product from Best In Nature, and do your research before believing their claims. With the right knowledge and guidance, you might find their products work great, just don’t set your expectations too high until you’ve confirmed for yourself what your experience is like.

And, no matter how it goes, you might do other consumers a favor by leaving your honest review after-the-fact on their Amazon page and/or website. If you’re interested in their products, you might also try contacting them directly by phone or email first to get their cart function sorted out if it’s giving you trouble, then you can save some money on multiple purchases.
