What Is Ayesha Curry's Homemade?

Homemade, found online at CookHomemade.com, is yet another meal delivery service. The company promises to streamline meal preparation “so your active family can skip to what matters most – spending time together”.

With Homemade, you choose a meal plan, receive fresh ingredients and a recipe card, then cook the meals at home. You don’t need to shop for the unique ingredients. You can just make them quickly at home and get straight to what’s important.

Homemade is best-known for being created in partnership with Ayesha Curry, wife of Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors. You may have also heard about Homemade from Ayesha’s Homemade, a Food Network show hosted by Ayesha that premiered last fall.

How does the Homemade food delivery service work? Let’s take a closer look.

How Does Homemade Work?

Homemade breaks its process down into three simple steps:

Step 1) Choose Your Plan: Personalize meals by how many you’re cooking for and the types of recipes your family loves.

Step 2) Stay At Home: Everything you need for a great family meal gets shipped directly to your address. You get fresh ingredients pre-prepped and ready to cook.

Step 3) Share a Meal: Homemade makes a big deal out of the fact that you can share meals with your family.

In under 30 minutes, you can prepare a Homemade meal and spend more time around the dinner table. Homemade will ship your fresh ingredients every Monday and then automatically renew your plan. You get charged a flat shipping fee of $15. Shipping is available to all 48 continental states in the US.

Ayesha Curry's Homemade Pricing

Homemade offers four different subscription plans, including

  • Week to Week: $59.99
  • 2 Week Prepay: $109.98
  • 4 Week Prepay: $199.96
  • 8 Week Prepay: $359.92

Prices do not include $15 flat rate shipping. You’ll pay an extra $15 per week for shipping. Shipping is the same to all 48 continental states.

Types of Homemade Plans

Each “week” includes one or two meals. You can choose from a Couple or Family plan. A Couple plan has two recipes for two adults, delivered each week, while a family plan has 1 recipe for 2 adults and 3 kids, delivered each week.

You can also choose from three core options, including Classic, Everything But The Red Meat, and Vegetarian:

Classic: Classic has the largest variety of recipes, including a hand-picked selection of meat, fish, produce, and grains. You can find “tasty spins on traditional home favorites and unique recipes that’ll tempt your family into the kitchen”.

Everything But The Red Meat: These plans include a selection of fresh chicken, pork, seafood, produce, and grains – everything in the Classic selection except for red meat dishes.

Vegetarian: Enjoy an abundance of seasonal produce products, healthy grains, and vegetarian-friendly proteins.
