Should I Use Amino IV?
I would give it a go from a majority of the reviews I’ve read. I can’t really think of any amino acid blend that taste great so that is kind of out the window with me. There is no denying that the blend contains more Amino Acids then most other brands so that helps it to stand apart. If you’re casual about fitness, I would not worry about what brand you use. This would work for you but so would other brands too.
If you’re a serious lifter or serious about any sport though, I would suggest to use a high-quality Amino blend like Amino IV. It does look like it has the edge and the fact that bodybuilders are giving it a good review make me trust it even more. Even though they say it may be toned down, Amino IV still has higher concentrations then just about any other blend of BCAAs.
