Does joint pain relief sound like something you need? Let’s take a closer look at how Joint Pain Relief Codes works.
The Story of Jonathan Bender
Jonathan Bender was a highly touted basketball player who was selected 5th overall in the 1999 NBA draft coming right out of high school. The 7 foot tall power forward played the first 78 games of his career for the Pacers in 2001. Then, crippled by a knee injury, Bender would play just 76 games over the next four seasons.
Bender always showed flashes of brilliance during his career. Even in 2004, when his knee injury was affecting his performance, he was able to lead the Pacers in scoring in game 3 of the playoffs while setting personal playoff career bests in rebounds and minutes played.
In the following 2004-05 season, Bender would play just seven games. A season later, he played just two games. Prior to the beginning of the 2006-07 season, Bender was waived by the Pacers.
Over the next few years, the name Jonathan Bender would become synonymous with NBA draft busts. Sports Illustrated picked him as the #11 biggest bust in NBA draft history.
But Jonathan’s story wasn’t over. After being waived, Bender sought treatment for his knee injury. On December 13, 2009, more than 3 years after he was waived by the Pacers, Bender signed a contract with the Knicks and returned to play 25 games in the NBA before officially retiring.
In July 2013, Bender released the JB Intensive Trainer, a resistance training device designed specifically to strengthen the knees. Then, in 2016, Bender released Joint Pain Relief Codes. And here we are today.
How Does Joint Pain Relief Codes Work?
Jonathan Bender credits most of the techniques in Joint Pain Relief Codes to coach Mackie Shilstone, who Jonathan calls “legendary” for his “secret code for strong, free, open, flexible hips.”
According to Bender, Mackie has trained some of the world’s greatest athletes, including Serena Williams, Peyton Manning, and boxer Bernard Hopkins, who’s known for being the only boxer to win a fight at age 50.
Jonathan claims that Mackie’s code revolutionized his life.
The code, by the way, is a special treatment that targets the iliotibial band (IT band) in your knees, turning your knees “into your greatest ally for strength, mobility and balance.”
To unlock that code, you’ll learn exercises, stretches, and even meal plans designed specifically to treat your knee and joint pain.
One sample stretch/exercise recommended by the program works like this: sit in a bathtub with your feet flat against the wall of the tub. Keep your legs flat on the bottom and lean forward as far as you can. You should feel the strain in your leg muscles and lower back. If you feel pain, you’re doing it wrong: it should be strain, not pain. You should especially feel it in your glutes (the muscles in your butt). Hold that pose for 20 to 30 seconds, then relax for 60 seconds. Repeat that once or twice more.
A 7 day meal plan is included with your Joint Pain Relief Codes purchase. Some recipe examples from that meal plan include fresh salsa, almond freezes, berry joint protector smoothies, and lemon rosemary chicken. It’s a complete outline of the meals you’re supposed to eat over a 7 day period.
There are also random tips and tricks thrown in throughout the program, like one sugar that can lead to joint pain. According to Bender, many people have been able to eliminate their joint pain simply by cutting this one type of sugar out of their diet.
Another tip discusses how you can use essential oil to relieve joint pain. Put it in a bath or apply it topically to your skin.

Should You Use Joint Pain Relief Codes to Relieve Joint Pain?
Jonathan Bender is one of those odd stories in NBA history, where a highly-touted 5th overall draft pick coming right out of high school watched his career get sidelined by injuries at the age of just 25.
Bender’s redemption was something cool for any NBA fan to see, as Bender would come back 3.5 years later and play 25 more games in the NBA. He credits his improved joint health to his stretching device – like the JB Intensive Trainer – as well as the techniques, tips, and tricks outlined in Joint Pain Relief Codes, many of which come from Mackie Shilstone, known for training Serena Williams and Peyton Manning, among other famous athletes, as they struggled to get past their joint pain.
If you’re interested in learning how Jonathan did it, and you want to implement those techniques yourself, then Joint Pain Relief Codes can be a very helpful training tool. However, $38 does seem like a steep price to pay for a downloadable PDF that isn’t backed by much scientific evidence. If you don’t mind paying a little extra, then Joint Pain Relief Codes could be worth the price – especially if you’re affected by chronic joint pain daily.
