EASE Magnesium is a nutritional supplement that is taken topically: you spray the supplement onto your skin and your skin absorbs it.
The recommended dose is 30 to 40 sprays per day. Each spray delivers 27mg of magnesium, and the manufacturer claims that the magnesium is absorbed within about 90 seconds.
The manufacturer also recommends spraying the magnesium throughout your body in various trouble spots, including inside the elbows, behind the knees, on your wrists, and on the top of your feet and stomach.
The manufacturer of EASE Magnesium claims that magnesium deficiency is an enormous problem in the world today. Magnesium is an important element, but many people don’t get enough magnesium in their diet.
EASE Magnesium is made by a guy named Ian Clark, who has made a number of supplements that claim to have helped him regain his health at age 46. Today, he leads a company named Activation Products.

Are You Magnesium Deficient?
The recommended dose of magnesium is 420mg per day for men and 320mg per day for women. If you don’t get a lot of bananas, green vegetables, or nuts, then you may not be getting your daily recommended value of magnesium.
To put those numbers in perspective, one cup of spinach has 24mg of magnesium and 1 cup of almonds has 383mg.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) claims that magnesium deficiency isn’t a very common problem:
“Symptomatic magnesium deficiency due to low dietary intake in otherwise-healthy people is uncommon because the kidneys limit urinary excretion of this mineral.”
In other words, your body holds onto magnesium if it detects that you’re deficient.
Nevertheless, the NIH does claim that certain groups of people are more at risk to magnesium deficiency, including:
“…habitually low intakes or excessive losses of magnesium due to certain health conditions, chronic alcoholism, and/or the use of certain medications can lead to magnesium deficiency.”
Symptoms of magnesium deficiency include all of the following: loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and weakness. As magnesium deficiency worsens, numbness, tingling, muscle contractions and cramps, seizures, personality changes, abnormal heart rhythms, and coronary spasms.
Ultimately, unless you’re elderly, a type 2 diabetic, or a chronic alcoholic, you’re unlikely to be magnesium deficient.
How Does EASE Magnesium Work?
EASE Magnesium claims to work using just two ingredients:

The second ingredient is obviously the active ingredient. The manufacturer claims to have used pharmaceutical grade magnesium, which is 99.9999999% pure.
There are no other ingredients in the supplement – like chemicals or fillers.

Should You Take EASE Magnesium to Cure Magnesium Deficiency?
Activation Products wants you to think that magnesium deficiency is a common problem around the world today.
Most major health sources – including the National Institutes of Health – disagree with that statement. Instead, magnesium deficiency seems to only be a problem for chronic alcoholics, the elderly, and anyone with type 2 diabetes.
If you’re in one of these at-risk groups, then EASE Magnesium can help boost your daily magnesium absorption. Or, you can save your money and buy a bag of almonds: there’s approximately 15 times as much magnesium in a cup of almonds as there is in one single spray of EASE Magnesium.
Nevertheless, if you don’t like almonds and don’t want to get you magnesium from other sources, then EASE Magnesium appears to be a convenient and straightforward way to get your daily recommended value of magnesium: as long as you’re okay with spraying your skin 30 to 40 times per day (which is the dose recommended by Activation Products).
Info I would like included in such reviews: COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE! Actually the most accurate way to tell the consumer this is to say where the ingredients are sourced, as well as where they’re assembled. (however I would remain skeptical; I just KNOW I’ve consumed Atlantic Farmed Salmon in my life, for example, pawned off as Wild Caught Pacific Salmon. Not blaming the restaurant, but somewhere in the supply chain a big switcheroo has taken place, I’m sure of it!). That said, your excellent, unemotional review of this product (which I will probably buy) makes me wonder if the stuff is made right in his apartment kitchen, y’know? Have you any intel on the who-what-where of the manufacturing process for EASE? Have you had contact with the Las Vegas health department concerning inspection of the manufacturing facility?
