There are probably worse things to put in your body if you're worried about candida infections. Whether or not 1MD's Candida Control works as well as it claims to, it's not going to do anything bad to you as they're sourced from ingredients that are generally recognized as safe.
The truth is that you could always use some more probiotics in your gut, as it helps keep you more healthy overall. With clinical studies showcasing that acidophilus has a relatively good track record in managing some types of bacterial infections.
