The Shepherd’s Diet is a weight-loss biblical belly breakthrough diet program that helps you eliminate excess fat from your body by following principles found in the bible for health and wellness (and even fitness according to the author). This regimen is entirely online, making it easy to access at any point from any Wi-Fi accessible location.
Now that 2017 is in full swing, we have calculated that The Shepherd's Diet has been the hottest 2017 weight loss protocol of the year so far and is showing no signs of slowing down.
What is The Shepherd’s Diet?
Choosing the right diet program to help you lose weight is the first step towards getting the results you want. You need to understand the requirements of your body to determine what you need to exclude and increase in your meals, which is the first challenge. If you struggle with sweets, then you know that limiting your candy and desserts is the best options. You can also look at popular weight loss ingredients garcinia or forskolin, or weight loss supplement stacks such as NatureThin, but know that diet programs and nutritional meal plans like The Shepherd's Diet is always going to be the biggest key for shifting your overall health and wellness.
There are some consumers that tend to indulge in salty foods, which lead to water retention. However, if you have a problem with overeating in general, you need a diet that helps you restrict your appetite, like The Shepherd’s Diet.
The Shepherd’s Diet focuses your energy on listening to the Holy Spirit’s direction in your life. This Christian-based regimen encourages you to seek out biblical assistance in determining the right nutritional choices, preventing you from indulging in your eating habits. Furthermore, this program recommends that you follow an eating plan that is high in healthy fat, which may help to eliminate fatigue in some consumers.
If you keep up with the regimen, the creators of The Shepherd’s Diet claim that you may be able to lose up to 80lbs over time.
Unfortunately, many people have been lead to believe that fat is the enemy, which is a common opinion amongst many different diet programs. They make people believe that the consumption of fat is the cause of gaining fat, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
By choosing healthy fats, you can nourish your skin and motivate healthy digestion, just to list a few of the positive impact that it may have. That’s why the Shepherd’s Diet is such a crucial read to anyone that is looking to change the way their body functions on a daily basis.
What You Get
When you decide to start using The Shepherd’s Diet for your weight loss regimen, you get the main e-guide with the necessary information you need to pursue the program. However, it comes with other materials that maximize your chances of success during and after the program, including:
- What Jesus Would Eat: Grocery Field Guide
- “The Moses Secret” Fat Loss Protocol
- Prayer Warrior Anti-Stress Guide
Each of these materials are necessary for equipping you with the right ingredients and support for your diet goals. However, since there doesn’t appear to be a workout guide, you may need to find your own low-impact regimen to help improve your strength as you lose weight.
How the Shepherd’s Diet Works
Much of The Shepherd’s Diet program involves listening to God’s command over your body. When you generally follow your own desires, you have the tendency to overeat and gain weight continually without any end in sight. The information in the Shepherd’s Diet e-book tells you that this kind of eating is overly indulgent, which falls under one of the seven deadly sins in the Bible.
The goal of the Shepherd’s Diet is to restructure the way that you view food. They instruct you to start with limiting your food by stopping when you’re not hungry anymore. The brain only takes about 20 minutes of eating a meal before it triggers a reaction in your brain to tell you that you are full. Many consumers ignore this indication, gluttonously continuing to eat until you’re much more full than you can handle.
When you stop eating at the time that your body tells you that you are full, you avoid consuming more calories than you can digest with your current activity level. Without using these nutrients, the food becomes fat. However, when you only eat enough to support your current activity level, you can prevent weight gain and work off the fat that is stored in your body.
There are so many more ways that The Shepherd’s Diet helps you to lose weight, but you’ll have to read the guide to find out more. According to the claims on the website, you should be able to notice the significant change in your weight by the time you’ve followed the described program for up to two weeks.
Pricing for the Shepherd’s Diet
If you want to partake in The Shepherd’s Diet to lose weight, your total cost will be $47. The curriculum is immediately accessible online after your payment is made. You can view the materials on any device that has Wi-Fi capability, like your smartphone or tablet.
The creators of The Shepherd’s Diet understand that each person is different, which means that this diet may not meet your needs. However, if you find that you are dissatisfied with the results of this regimen, you have up to 60 days to initiate a complete refund with no questions asked.

Shepherd's Diet Conclusion
The Shepherd’s Diet helps you to learn to listen to God’s influence on your life, while you slowly drop the weight without much change to your routine at all. You don’t need to go through any extreme strategies, but you will learn small differences you can make to improve your body, making it into the temple it is meant to be. While many other diets take away much of the food you love, The Shepherd’s Diet simply teaches you the right relationship you should have with the meals you consume.
You want a FREE diet plan? I know one that works because I used it and lost 20lbs in 4 weeks with little to NO exercise and not counting calories. I kept it off while eating what I want, including junk food. Here’s my story: I lost a total of 60lbs having maintained the loss for over a year. I fluctuate 2-3lbs up or down per week, holding my weight!
I hit 300lbs and knew I needed change. First I planned to watch what I ate and eat less; after two years of struggling I was only down 20lbs! I knew that wasn’t the answer, so I did the so-called correct way: hit the gym and counted every calorie: I was put on a 1,800 calorie a day limit by the gym coach and he said I’d lose about 2lbs a week with an hour of exercise 3-4 times a week at the gym. I wanted to lose weight faster, so I put myself on a 1,200 to 1,500 a day calorie limit and visited the gym 2-3 hours a day 5-6 days a week. After 3 months I lost another 20lbs, better than 2 years, but I often felt hungry, tired and wasted so much time at the gym! Then the answer came: I lost 20lbs in 4 weeks with little to NO exercise, NOT feeling hungry, enjoying my meals and snacks too. I quit the gym membership and never looked back! I maintained my weight for over a year. I plan to drop another 40lbs! God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
How did I do it? I limit my junk food, enjoying some, I don’t count calories, except junk food calories, and eat what I want, no specific food plan. Realizing some foods are higher in calories than others from when I counted calories, I don’t indulge in large portions of those foods. The secret weapon, in weight loss and added health, eat a small amount of potatoes, a complex carb, and a lot of seasoned vegetables, using the same seasonings I put on steak, pork or chicken, grill mates or single shake types, whatever flavors I like. If eating fast food, counter it with the next meal being potatoes and vegetables! I season both the potatoes and vegetables. It works because most vegetables have very low calories. One 5lbs bag of mixed vegetables is 500-750 calories and I’m full long before finishing the bag. I take frozen vegetables, put them on a cookie sheet, add pre-cooked diced potatoes and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. One week I did NOT exercise, eating only potatoes and seasoned vegetables each meal and a very small amount of mixed nuts and raisins for protein: I lost 7lbs! That’s one pound a day!
That’s my story and it works great, although I warn you when not eating vegetables, my craving for more is there; when eating vegetables it’s not. I can eat a burger, fries and soda, be full, and still crave more; not so when eating vegetables and potatoes! I’m satisfied. Hope this helps someone; it’s FREE for those wanting a free option. God bless, and Christians, may you let Christ live anew in you testifying to the world of the God who indwells you!
This is for those saying they are Christian and can’t afford program.
This is an opportunity to exercise your faith. If this is something that will save your life or greatly improve quality of your life wouldn’t your Heavenly Father want you to have it?
He honors faith. He does not honor His kids always talking about what they can’t afford. Ask Him to provide He is a good Father. But He likes to be asked.. No good thing will He withhold from us when we walk uprightly with Him😊😊😊
If she gave it away… none of you complainers would even want it!!! People find worth in things that cost them something. And people find a way to afford things they value… so if it’s of value to you find a way to purchase it! Maybe the Lord blessed this woman with the ability to better provide for her family with this opportunity. Don’t pretend you wouldn’t do the same thing if you had the opportunity.
I agree with Genevive; when we share the Gospel, we do not charge. It is a free gift of God for our salvation. We
accept it freely and pass it on freely. Sometimes it is at a great sacrifice to ourselves and families. It is apalling
that so many want to “get on the gravy train”! You should give the information away freely for download and if
someone feels it is worthy of a donation, they give. I believe God would bless such an attitude!

You can get all the required foods from your bible. Google “foods of the bible” and you can find every food that allowed by God too way and what is not allowed.
You are paying for her research and time. If you want it free then read the bible and do your own research. Problem solved.
agreed!
You have 2 choices. Buy the book or not buy the book. Everybody has the right to make a living. This is not a debate on Christianity, it is a lifestyle change to help you lose weight. Use it or find another way.

Did you ever get your books to print?
Just paid for The Shepard’s Diet. I was offered other programs but declined. I received a email acknowledging my purchase and instructions for downloading my books. They also offered to send me books thru the mail if I paid shipping charges of 9.95 but I decided to download and print. I clicked the download button and when the book was on the screen I right clicked my mouse and clicked on “Saved As”. I did this for each book then went to my documents and printed each book.
It is true that alot of this info is general knowledge for people who have studied any thing on foods and how sugar and carbs affect your body. I have not read every word yet but I have read enough that if you follow the program you will loose weight. No sugar or empty carbs. Complex carbs and good fat. She uses alot of cream cheese, butter, greenbeans, salads and proteins. The drinks look like they will be good.
If you are serious about weight loss then it will work for you. Just be prepared to give up sugar and starches.
This is a life style change. She has tied back versus from the Bible for inspiration and support. Good luck and God bless
I could never get to checkout. They took my card information but just kept trying to sell me something else. Didn’t take my mailing address. Now I’m afraid that my credit card is going to be used! Please, can you give me a way to get in touch with the company. I was trying to order the $47.00 offer only.
A phone number would be helpful
In the first 2 weeks I lost 15lbs. After being on this plan for 3 weeks, now starting my 4th, I have lost 20lbs. I ate like this a kid. Should have never quit. No Sugar No Carbs. Cook your food and prepare your meals. Love It !!! That 20lbs has been with NO exercise either.
Is there anyone out there that can share their own personal experience and results with this eating plan? Please comment here, I would appreciate it. Also, please give an example of a typical meal on this diet. I am intrigued but I too would like a little more info before investing. Thanks!
I ordered, but feel conflicted by their sneaky way to sell additional items. You click no they keep after you until offering you their next set of books for $7.95, instead of over $60 like they start with. Then there are all the other products they promote. I am suspicious, but am willing to look at it. I feel I will have to go through the hassle of trying to return and get my money back, but I am willing to give it a try. Sounds good.
I totally agree with you.
Sounds like Adkins diet to me….
I’d like the book ….so how do I get it..not interested in a download….
Come on people…$47 is not going to bankrupt you. And, it is 100% refundable. However, for me…I would rather have a book. I hate reading on a computer and for that reason I will pass on this.
I love books too .. Reading on computer the pages just seem to slip away lol
You can order a hard copy.
I purchased this program yesterday. The material I got is awesome and I am so excited to try the recipes. The cost of this program is very reasonable. Taking the family out to fast food for one night costs more.
What progress did you achieve with Shepard diet?
Any update?
I woul like to see some examples how at least one day ratio looks like? What foods will be on the plan. I need t o have a peek, before I invest the money. Please send me some pictures of foods that are alowed for a day. I am very interested to start, but need to see what you are talking about. Thank you.
I agree!! There are lots of foods I won’t eat. Would also like a sample look before I spend money on a product I may or may not use!!
I would have thought selling this information in book form would reach more people, be a much more accessible and cheaper way to buy the diet, and still be fair to both seller and customer. Please, let us see this on the open market as a book
Not everyone wants an e-book tho… I’d gladly pay for a hard copy…
I agree
I totally agree with you Miss Butterfly….well said….some people just think that just because you’re a christian means that everything is free….when you work, you get paid….there are times when things are free & when God does require us to be charitable, but christians are also human and still need to feed their families….yada yada yada…Martin Everhart…(do you have a heart…lol…)
You need to be very careful of what you put in your mouth, invest time in yourself and do some true excercise, and check your GENES!
Many people are suseptable to obesity do to their ancestry! Fact!
There is NO EASY WAY ABOUT IT!
Cut the fake food out, cut your soda/ soft drinks, cut your purchased breads, make your own if you can, cut your jams the majority of meat, especially Chicken, do NOT “JUST WALK”, cardio contrary to what many say will NOT BURN THE FAT WHERE YOU REALLY NEED IT!
EMPTY YOUR HOUSE FROM TEMPTATIONS! Do NOT BUY JUNK FOOD, DO NOT BUY Drinks, except for a small amount of red wine. If you can, eat REAL CHEESE, but just a little bit, if your body can TOLERATE IT. If you become slightly drowsy from dairy, avoid it!
Drink water, drink a fair amount of water! Have plenty of veggies and then some fruit NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Have plenty of wild caught seafood, NOT GROWN, but careful of the type of fish you eat and how you prepare it. If you can eat raw tuna and salmon, like in sushi, great, if not, cure it a little.
Eat meat only a couple of time a month!
Do excerise, ie: ABS, work on your muscles, walking etc gets your cardio up, once you have warmed up, after stretches etc go in to the workout and do light muscle excersise that works in tandem, like both hands, both legs etc.
Then, your body will love you for it!
It needs patience, it needs commitment.
True story.I agree 100% with you.Commitment and a strong will-the only way to lose a weight.Spells will not help:)Neither religion.
Aries1470, apparently you don’t read much of the books (or understand the religions) you mentioned or you would see there is much more to this than your condescension indicates. The Bible has been proven to be an historically accurate book. There are thousands of pieces of great advice whether or not you believe in Jesus Christ. Food intake just happens to be one subject. By your user name I see you put some credence in the divination of the stars so why is this idea so far fetched?
Though I don’t like reading much from the computer screen as it bothers my eyes terribly to just do my school work on it, I agree with Diana Salerno about it costing more to take a family of 4 out to eat just fast food one time lately.
Those not understanding that hard work deserves a fair wage, it’s biblical too. Romans 4:4, “Now to the one who works, his wages are not counted as a gift but as his due.” And Jeremiah 22:13, “Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages.” 1 Timothy 5:18b says, “The laborer deserves his wages.” There are many more but I believe you get the point and that none of you actually do any real work without getting paid somehow.
I do wish they would resolve the issues of communication, though, because it is just not good business Christian or otherwise but especially Christian because of the claims being made in the name of Christ! I will make some calls and see what I can find out. Blessings!
One of the things allowed with this diet is meat…we should. Never stop eating meat..!! Eat vegs, not starchy veg(potatoes). No breads,no sugar,no sweets or any junk foods or processed foods..you can have fruits, heavy whipping cream, butter, coconut oil to name just a few of the things allowed.if someone every says stop eating meat, especially chicken..!! Stop listening to them..they don’t what they are talking about
Martin, Christians need an income, too. It has a money-back guarantee. Nobody is scamming here.
I am with Lois. I live on Socia[ Security and by the time I pay my rent and two or three bills, I’m broke. Hard to pay $ 47.00 when you only have .35 cents in your wallet. God bless all those who can do this. It sounds awesome.
There are jobs you can work to add the extra income and still draw your full social security benefits..you allowed to earn extra money on SS
I would love to try the Shepherds Diet but I can not afford $47. But it sounds like a worth wild program. Good luck with it. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
If you save a dollar a day it wont take you that long to save for this. Most people say they can’t afford this, but then spend their money on things that they don’t need, but on things that they want. If you think about one thing you might be able to sacrifice on your shopping list for a month, that is all it will take for you to be able to afford this. God Bless and good luck!
What are you doing without in order to honor Jesus Christ? Jesus tells us to love one another, encourage others and help out the poor. $47 to some people may mean doing without possible electricity. Are you sharing what God showed you to help others or just to help yourself? I am a single parent! I am Christain and love Jesus Christ with all my heart. I also believe all things are possible through Jesus Christ. I am a medical professional, losing 28 pounds in only two weeks that also be can very unhealthy for our body.
Check out Mark 11 in the bible, it speaks of people who were trying to make money off of God by providing animals for the people to sanctify. God will bless you for what you have discovered through His word as you stated in the video. However, telling people to stop spending their money on things they are spending it on so they can purchase your information that God freely gave to you. When you read your bible, completely, I do pray you got more than just a way to lose weight. Please review Matthew 22. Lifting you up in prayer! May God Bless you!
If you get paid once a monthly like those on limited income your wrong. One dollar is like ten.
If God wanted you to share this info with all Christians. Don’t you think you should give the information away free..
If you do research on the Shepherd’s Diet, it is not a sCam. If you consider the biblical research, and the compilation of all the materials that are being offered, it is worth the money being charged. For the person who is sincere about improving their health in a more natural method, they will invest the money. Everything in life is not FREE. And when God gives us direction that will benefit our fellow human beings, he does not say we should put in the labor and not receive compensation for our work.
Yes Martin it should be free knowledge to us online and by youtube. However people wanna make a name for themselves so books are written and it’s money money money. BUT if we read about food in the bible we can see that we can eat honey, bread, fish and drink milk etc. all in MODERATION. And before I forget, we must only eat when we are hungry and stop when we feel full. You will lose a lot of weight.
