There are two versions of Q96, including the original Q96 and Q96-M. You can purchase the supplement in the form of capsules or as a powder, in which case you mix it with water or any other beverage to drink it.

Basically, it’s a multivitamin supplement that contains high levels of many common vitamins and minerals, and then it mixes those ingredients with a Q Sciences Proprietary Nano Blend and a Q Sciences Proprietary Optimization Blend. The blends contain ingredients like choline bitartrate, inositol, and L-glutamine, all of which are prized for their nutritional benefits. However, since they’re all hidden within a 670mg proprietary blend, we don’t know the actual dosage of any one ingredient.
Caffeine is not a listed ingredient on EMPowerplus Q96.
HQO
HQP is a mineral-rich water that claims to be free of chlorine and other impurities. By drinking it daily, you can deliver antioxidant properties directly into your body in order to maximize hydration “at the cellular level”, according to the manufacturer.
