That is a fad diet, and the Pineapple diet falls into that category. While pineapples are delicious fruits and can be a great source of nutrition, they are not so great when it comes to eating them and nothing else to help you lose weight.

Low Blood Pressure

Combined with the other side effects of the pineapple diet, you can also experience low blood pressure due to the lack of hydration in your body.
