In addition to the prebiotic and probiotic ingredients in Balanced Belly, each gummy also contains about 2 grams of sugar for a total of 5 calories.

For all intents and purposes, Olly Balanced Belly looks to be a product that provides overall good support for gut health to a majority of people who have tried it.
There are a lot of positives when it comes to Balanced Belly, and not only because it seems to work moderately well. The taste of the gummies was praised time and again, making it an excellent alternative to anyone who hates pills or doesn’t like the taste of other probiotic products like yogurt. It’s also ideal for children, as the chewable nature of the product makes it a fun, enjoyable treat.
