Bought the Gotham Crisper Tray. NO DIRECTIONS. Used fresh potatoes, cut for fries and placed in basket. Baked at 375 and kept checking to see if they were done, since there are NO DIRECTIONS. Potatoes came out mostly limp and no crispiness. Some of the fries had ends so crispy they were tough. OVERALL FAIL!! I think the best of this set is the flat tray all by itself. THE BASKET IS USELESS FOR FRIES. Not sure if things baked in the basket are supposed be all in a single layer, as there are NO DIRECTIONS. Box shows a fairly full basket of fries. My fries didn’t even come close to looking anywhere near the photo. Even the commercial videos have the fries not layered when coming out of the oven. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!
