Freshology is a mail order meal site that offers “fresh to fork” delivery services. They deliver the meals directly to your door, and use only seasonal, locally sourced ingredients in their meals.

The Freshology menus are as follows:

This plan is meant to fill in the needs of those who are trying to lose weight, but who need to keep in mind that nutrition is still important. This is designed to boost your metabolism while keeping carbs low and protein high
- Fitness and performance – This plan is for those who are trying to feed their muscles and live an active lifestyle. This plan is formulated to keep the nutrients and vitamins where they need to be for those who live an active lifestyle. This is a higher calorie diet to help maintain an active energy level throughout the day.
- Healthy weight and lifestyle – this program is formulated for those who are trying to maintain a healthy weight and BMI. This plan maintains the proper nutrition while maintaining portion control and planned meal times. It is for long term weight management.
- Vegetarian – is a plan that is specially formulated for those who choose not to eat meat. It is designed to fit the nutritional needs of those who do not get their nutrients from meats. Is designed to appeal to both vegetarian and pescatarian customers.
- New moms — this plan is formulated for nursing mothers who have to still ‘eat to feed two’. It restricts ingredients that are not recommended for new mothers, while encouraging nutrition and portion control.
