The Food Fix Dietary Restrictions and Strategies

What will you do on The Food Fix diet? What kinds of restrictions are there? Following are some of the most important things to know about following The Food Fix.

The Food Fix doesn’t entirely eliminate any food groups. Heather believes that “a healthy, balanced diet is a good diet”.
