Total scam. There’s no mention of the large charges automatically taken or the time limit before they take your money. Customer service was rude and uncooperative. Don’t bother, save your money
If you call them with your complaint you read their policy which they don’t have this policy readily available for you when you are ordering the “samples” for shipping only! They are scam artists from the word go which means they can’t compete with their products results they have to scam you into buying this junk!
The product stinks like spoiled milk and feel’s like paste. When I called to cancel after two charges were charged to my card, they flat out lied and denied there was a second charge. When I asked for a manager, customer service refused to let me speak to one. Before they issued a refund they wanted me to say I would not file a complaint against them with an outside agency. If I refused to agree they would not refund my monies. DO NOT order from them! Straight up SCAM!!!
My son, knowing how much I enjoy Flip or Flop and Christina, ordered a “free” sample to surprise me with. He is on a very limited budget and, not realizing this is a scam, discovered that $193 had been taken from his account. No additional products were ever delivered to justify the withdrawal. It’s outrageous that Christina is part of this scam and profiting off of her fans. This also reflects badly on HGTV.
This is, indeed, a scam. And even if you absolutely love the product, it will cost you $96/month just for one product!!! The product is definitely not worth that much.
Scam……stay away…far ,far away!
This company is a scam. Even after calling to cancel I was still charged $186. When I called a second time, I was told there is no record of my call, therefore they would only refund $156. No wonder they stay in business when they do not give a full refund even when you call! This product did not work any better than an over the counter moisturizer. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT
It sure is a scam.!! Ordered the sample or my wife. It arrived in 10 days or so. Onthe 18th day after the sample order was placed, two charges of $85 and $96 were placed on my credit card. When I called to complain, i was told about the 18 day return policy. When I asked when I was supposed to have been informed of this I was told it was on the e-mail confirmation for the order. I didn’t have ready access to the e-mail while talking on the phone with them to confirm or disprove this claim. They asked if I filed a dispute with my credit card company. When I asked why, they said if i hadn’t, they would reimburse the $85 to my card immediately, and refund $50 of the $96 in a week. If I had filed a dispute they would not do anything.
As it turns out, I found the e-mail confirmation and there was no mention of the 18 day return policy.
Be cautious if ordering these products and be aware of this mysterious return policy.
