Alove (pronounced “a love”) is a Japanese-style yogurt infused with aloe. Read our Alove review to find out if it’s the right choice for you.
What Is Alove?
Alove is America’s first aloe yogurt. Aloe products are popular throughout Asia – including aloe yogurts and aloe beverages. However, they’ve never caught on in most western countries.
Alove aims to introduce the power of aloe to the western world by mixing tasty yogurt with the inner parts of the aloe vera leaf.
Essentially, it’s yogurt with cubes of aloe floating around inside. The company has announced three flavors so far, including an Original, Strawberry, and Blueberry yogurt.
As the Alove.com official website explains, “aloe yogurt has been a popular treat in Japan for over 20 years”. Alove is made by a Japanese dairy company named Morinaga Milk Industry Co. Ltd.
The company claims they were trying to “create a beauty product and healthy snack in one” while marketing aloe yogurt to western markets.
Alove yogurt is the end result. Morinaga was also the first company to introduce aloe yogurt to Japan 20 years ago.
Types Of Alove
There are three types of Alove Aloe Yogurt, including
