Switch the links, and you have equipment to also target your biceps and middle back while in a sitting position. This combo is equipped with a 200-pound weight stack.
Bicep/Tricep Combo
Equipped with a 150-pound weight stack, this combo creates a smooth action with the use of pulleys to complete a seamless arms workout targeting the bicep and tricep muscles.
Multi Grip – Pull-up Bar
To complete the full body workout, the pull-up bar features various handgrips, three (3) in total, to enable you to change positions along with suspension and anchors in place. There are no additional weight stacks with this combination given that its dependent on your body weight.
In case you are someone who would like to add more weight to the stacks provided, each of them can be upgraded by fifty (50) or one hundred (100) pounds.
