Sooo glad I read these reviews before placing an order cause I’m always skeptical when companies offer these free trials on the basis if it doesn’t work return product within a given period of time and auto ship and charges will cease. Generally that is the problem you can never reach anyone to cancel but they seem to have plenty of people available to take the orders.

This is the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. I was hung up on twice by them. Had to cancel my order twice before it was cancelled. I signed up from the free trail and they charged me $88 for a month supply. This company does nothing but target and mislead women into paying high prices. do not order anything from this company..they say a free sample at first and then try to bill for a complete order …when the FREE sample came there was nothing in the package to hint even that I needed to call the company to complain ore even to reorder if I liked this stuff…it did not work and so I had no way to contact the company to cancel anything… Now when I call they are so rude as to not listen and then hang up the phone while I am still talking.
