How Does BrainGevity Work?
BrainGevity contains just six active ingredients, including:

Unlike many other cognitive supplement manufacturers on the market today, the makers of BrainGevity actually give us the full dosage information behind their formula. We know that there’s 500% of your daily value of vitamin D, for example, as well as 1.056g of total omega 3 fatty acids (600mg DHA, 300mg EPA).
There’s also 500mg of curcumin. We typically see curcumin used as an antioxidant, although it’s not often seen in cognitive health supplements. Meanwhile, other ingredients like green tea extract (70mg) are also rich with antioxidants like EGCG. However, Examine.com reports that significant health effects in humans are noted only at high doses – like 400 to 500mg EGCG per day. Considering that most green tea extracts contain 50% EGCG, we would have liked to have seen a higher dose in BrainGevity.
Meanwhile, the omega fatty acids also play a crucial role in this formula. Fatty acids are known as one of the best ways to reduce your risk of neurodegenerative conditions. Fatty acids line the myelin sheath, which is the protective coating around your neurotransmitters. They also play crucial roles throughout your entire nervous system.
