How Do bmiSMART Supplements Work?

Here’s how each of the three BMI Smart supplements works:

I-Block

I-Block is a carb and sugar blocker that promises to help you lose 4 times more weight safely and effectively. Like all other BMI Smart supplements, the ingredients are plant-based and designed to multiply the weight loss results of your healthy lifestyle.

I-Block works by supplementing your body’s natural carb and sugar breakdown enzymes. When you eat carbs and sugars, your body uses digestive enzymes to break these ingredients down into smaller components. These smaller components are then absorbed through the intestine, at which point your carbs and sugars are converted into energy or stored as fat.

It works by delivering insoluble fiber into your body. That fiber binds with fat to create fat + fiber complexes that are too large to be fully digested by your body. As a result, your body pushes the fat harmlessly through your system, passing it out as waste. The key ingredient in this formula is named Litramine.

bmiSMART is made by a company named InQpharm. That company claims to be a “game changer in life sciences” and strives to combine science and nature to create effective solutions.
