I know I can’t be the only person that’s seeing the vast growth in this industry over the years. These business are everywhere and growing fast!

OmniActive is a supplement company that prides themselves on providing specialized ingredients by way of supplements.
They aim to improve lives by enhancing nutrition and wellness, by using science and innovation. Is it just me or does every supplement company provide a rudimentary vision like this?
As I read more and more about this company, I notice an subtle air of pretentiousness on their part. I say this because of the dense verbiage they use to describe themselves.
Now I’ve reviewed many a supplement company in my day, and all of them say the same things in different ways. They all use science to create their products. Well, what other choice do you have? Intuition?
But the is the first time that I’ve seen a company try to act smarter than their consumers. I don’t know, it just made me feel weird. You may not, but I certainly didn’t care for the overall tone of how the company expresses itself.
And to add insult the injury, the company really doesn’t say anything about itself other than it uses science and invests in science.
I don’t know, it’s not looking too good for OmniActive.

Lutemax 2020 is an award winning product developed by OmniActive. From what I gather by the website, this product supplements lutein in your body, which can greatly improve your vision.
Let me tell you something, it took a lot of mental effort for me to come to the conclusion.
When you visit the Lutemax2020 page over at omniactives.com, you will become lost within dense lexicon that will leave you scratching your head and thinking the visit was a mistake.
This was my exact experience.
I’ll try to decipher the verbiage on this page to the best of my abilities, but let’s just say it’s not looking too good for ol’ OnmiActive.
Okay, so what I gathered on the product page is there are 600 carotenoids found in nature, and only 2 (lutein being one) are in the eye. Please, try to stay with me.
Lutein is deposited in different locations within the eye and it’s main role is to act as a primary filter of high-energy blue light. By doing this, Lutein aids vision by protecting against oxidative stress and inflammation.
Lutein can be added to the body per the consumption of different types of food. It’s found in dark green leafy vegetables and yellow to orange fruits and vegetables. Rs-zeaxanthin ( the other chemical that’s good for your eyes) is found in fish.
Due to the typical western diet being deficient in these types of foods, supplementation may be the best bet for most people.
Just to give you context around how much lutein and zeaxanthin is consumed in wester diet, Americans consume around 2 mg of lutein and .5 mg of zeaxanthin. These numbers are extremely low.
OmniActive’s answer to this particular problem is to create a product that can greater increase the levels of zeaxanthin and lutein in the body. Thereby, greatly improving the vision of American people.

They create worry and anxiety about your eye health only to mention a product that remains an abstraction due to the lack of info and zero images.
