Estroguard Directions
Each container of Merriman Labs Estroguard contains 60 capsules good for one full month of use. It is stated that one tablet, twice a day be taken in order to prevent the occurrence of any hormonal imbalances, to decrease fat, increase muscle mass, or to improve the immune system.
Merriman Labs states that if the body is fighting against any acute infections, up to four tablets can be taken daily.
