Whey protein concentrate – Hormone free and filtered to remove the lactose. Whey protein is beneficial to our bodies because it provides proteins that increase muscle growth. It is a great ingredient to use around work out routines which makes it a great ingredient to add to an all-time frozen favorite.
Stabilizers – Prevents the breakdown of emulsions in foods.A natural sweetener that’s low glycemic and rich in antioxidants, the pulp of each monk fruit is roughly 150 times sweeter than sugar
Monk fruit concentrate – Monk fruits provide natural sweeteners and rich in antioxidants, which are good for preventing disease. Monk fruit contains no additional calories or effect on blood sugars. A natural sweetener that’s low glycemic and rich in antioxidants, the pulp of each monk fruit is roughly 150 times sweeter than sugar
Sea salt – Sea salt fresh from the sea used to flavour up the frozen desserts. Sea salt can contain magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and iodine. Each of these elements is essential for good human health.
Fiber – Soluble fibre can help lower blood cholesterol and glucose level. Insoluble fibre and helps to aid in digestion.
Organic cane sugar – Replicating that touch of sweetness every ice cream needs. Organic sugar cane is much less processed compared to other wholesome sweeteners.
