WHAT A SCAM! I ordered my “free sample” of LA Serum and LA Lift for the price of shipping of $8.90 on my credit card. The only paper work that came with these 2 products was a packing slip. It did not mention that in 14 days I would be charged for the total amount of $195.82 taken out of my credit card. When I received my statement I called their customer service explaining I do not want to receive the product -they explained that the charge of $195.82 was for my (free) trial that I received (per Marvin). I told Marvin to cancel my order and I was not happy how they did business. He gave me my confirmation of the cancellation. Now a month later on my next statement I received another charge of $195.82 for another order of the product. Again, I called customer service and spoke with Deshawn. He stated that when I called last month that my new monthly order had already processed. And, now that since I had cancelled my account he could not help me. Now I owe $391.64 for the original (free) serum and lift. Note: I have only received my (free) trial box so far. Again, I called back to customer service this time talking to Vanessa. She told me I owe for the 2 shipments. I told her I have only received the trial shipment and do not want any other shipment. She said I received a shipment ( I have not seen a 2nd shipment). She finally said that she could send me another product @ no charge. I told her that this is not helping me and what am I suppose to do with another shipment when I am not using it. She told me that was all she would do & to have a good day.

DO NOT BUY! Nature Well Collagen Intense Moisture Cream works better and is MUCH cheaper!! The bottle they send from LaSkincare are very small and they will bill you $95.00 if you do not cancel within 14 days. I ordered mine directly through Macy’s going-out-of-business sale. I read the Terms & Conditions and absolutely NO WHERE did it claim I would be billed monthly directly through the LaSkincare Company! I only ordered it from Macy’s since it was a ONE time thing and it was to reduce inventory and had NOTHING to do with the company directly. Can you say SCAM? NatureWell Collagen can be bought at Sam’s Club or Costco in a 16 oz jar and is good for all skin types. And, NatureWell WORKS!!!
I received 3pak LASkincare products for Christmas and noticed in the bottom of each a hole had been drilled before I had used or removed plastic outer protection.I am happy for the positive review and but am curios about the holes,anyway you could reply to that
