Vitamin Vape Review

Vitamin Vape is a vaporizer that contains a vaporized form of vitamin B12. Find out everything you need to know about Vitamin Vape today in our review.

What is Vitamin Vape?

Vitamin Vape is a vaporizer that gives you a high dose of vitamin B12 with every breath.

The vaporizer is sold in packs of 1 for $20, 3 for $45.

Vitamin Vape is designed to be used primarily as an energy-boosting vaporizer. Vitamin B12 is a popular B vitamin and is found in many energy drinks. Vitamin Vape, the creators claim, leads to no caffeine crash and no sugar crash. There’s also no nicotine.

The vaporizer, like most vape-based solutions, also contains no calories.

How Does Vitamin Vape Work?

Vitamin Vape consists of five parts that will be familiar to anyone who has ever used a vaporizer:

— Tip: Where you inhale
— Cartridge: Contains the vitamin juice
— Atomizer: Makes the vapor by heating the juice
— Battery: Good enough to power 14 servings
— LED: Indicator for aesthetic appeal

Each disposable Vitamin Vape vaporizer contains “14 energy shots”, good for “hundreds of puffs”. Each energy shot is 8000% of your recommended daily value of vitamin B12.

Additionally, the ingredients are “sourced from suppliers in the United States” – so it doesn’t appear that you’re getting some chemical-filled e-liquid from China (although you could be getting a chemical-filled e-liquid from America).

Oh, and if that “8000%” dose scares you, then remember that vitamin B12 is not dangerous in high doses at all. As WebMD.com explains,

“Even at high doses, vitamin B-12 seems fairly safe. Experts have not found a specific dose of vitamin B-12 that's dangerous. No tolerable upper intake levels have been set.”

Vitamin B12 Benefits

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient responsible for important functions throughout the body.

The National Institute of Health sums up the benefits of vitamin B12 like this:

“Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells. Vitamin B12 also helps prevent a type of anemia called megaloblastic anemia that makes people tired and weak.”

That report from the NIH also claims that as many as 1 out of 7 Americans are deficient in vitamin B12.

Scientific Evidence for Vitamin Vape

Vitamin Vape has an entire page of its website dedicated to the science behind the supplement. That page starts off with a bold question, “Inhalation as effective as injections?”

Some of the key points from that science page include:

— “Several studies have shown that the body can effectively and efficiently absorb inhaled vitamin B12”

In one study, researchers observed that a vitamin B12 aerosol spray effectively restored levels of vitamin B12 in people

Another study showed that inhaling vitamin B12 was particularly helpful for the treatment of pernicious anemia, “one of the more serious conditions that can result from vitamin B12 deficiency”

— Getting vitamin B12 as a vapor may actually be better, according to the makers of Vitamin Vape, because your body only needs a very small amount of it, which means you can easily inhale your recommended daily dose in just a few puffs

— Vitamin 12 also isn’t as heat-sensitive as other vitamins, so the heat doesn’t ruin it

Vaping other vitamins – like vitamins A and C, would reportedly require “thousands of puffs a day”. Vitamin B12 is one of the few nutrients that can be beneficial at a small dose.

Ultimately, research has shown that inhaling vitamin B12 can be just as effective at treating vitamin B12 deficiency as ingesting it orally.

But does that translate to better effectiveness for Vitamin Vape? Not necessarily.

The problem here is that the vitamin B12 vapor used in the studies above isn’t the same as the vapor produced by the Vitamin Vape vaporizer. It’s also unclear if the studied vapor was heated before participants inhaled it – or if it was produced through some other method.

The important thing to remember is that Vitamin Vape itself has not yet been studied. We don’t yet have evidence showing that someone who is vitamin B12 deficient can take a few puffs on Vitamin Vape and absorb their recommended daily amount of vitamin B12.

Nevertheless, the science posted by the creators of Vitamin Vape seems to indicate that the product should work as advertised to raise your vitamin B12 levels.

Vitamin Vape Ingredients

Unlike some vaporizer makers, Vitamin Vape is happy to list its full range of ingredients. Those ingredients include all of the following:

Vegetable Glycerin USP, Distilled Water, Organic Fruit Flavor Extract (Water, Organic Ethyl Alcohol, and Natural Flavors), Organic Vanilla Extract (Organic Vanilla Beans, Organic Ethyl Alcohol, Organic Cane Sugar), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)

The manufacturer is also careful to note that the vaporizer’s ingredients do not include nicotine, propylene glycol, diacetyl, or acetyl propionyl.

They also claim that all ingredients are sourced from American suppliers and that the juice is made in America.

Vitamin Vape Pricing

Here’s how the pricing works:

— 1 Vitamin B12 Vaporizers: $20
— 3x Vitamin B12 Vaporizers: $45
— 10x Vitamin B12 Vaporizers: $120

Regardless of how you buy Vitamin Vape, all the vaporizers have the same dosage: they each have 14 servings, with each serving containing 8000% of your recommended daily value of vitamin B12.

  1. Question is how many puffs per day ??? I am a smoker and don’t smoke in my car, been using e-vapes on my way to work, I don’t want to puff too much of the vitamin b vape that would harm me. So my question that I need answered is how many puffs per day is a safe count ? I just got 3 vitamin b vapes in the mail. Haven’t tried it yet since I need to know the answer to my question. Thankyou

  2. I am curious. People vape for the effects correct? Does vitamin vape mimic the effects of tobacco nicotine without harmful side effects? Are not people trying to satisfy the chemical crave side? How does vitamin vape help this addiction? Thanks Ed

  3. Thank you for reviewing our product. We (VitaminVape), find it to be a fair summary. We would note however, that we have studied our product’s effect on B12 plasma levels in our own private research (which many find less credible, reasonably, than academic, peer-reviewed research), and found that the product works dramatically well. Concentration levels can be raised in less than 10 minutes (upwards of 5% increases were seen), and when taken daily, concentrations increased by upwards of 40% in some cases! Consumers can test their own results at their local lab in a fairly inexpensive way, and we would be happy to pay the expense for the publisher of this article to test the effects and report back to their readers.
