What is Testo RPM?
Testo RPM is a testosterone booster marketed as a post-workout bodybuilding supplement. using ingredients like horny goat weed, fenugreek extract, and tribulus terrestris extract, Testo RPM promises to help your body replenish its energy after a workout and prevent a crash.
The supplement recently popped up onto the internet through an 18 day trial program, which sells you a full-sized supply of Testo RPM in exchange for shipping and handling today (although you pay the full price automatically 18 days later).
How Does Testo RPM Work?
Typically, bodybuilding supplements love to go into extensive detail about how they work, which ingredients they use, and which studies reinforce these benefits.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case with Testo RPM, which gives us a very limited explanation of how it works. The supplement’s label simply lists three ingredients without giving us dosage information. Here are each of those three ingredients:
— Tribulus Terrestris Extract: The manufacturer of Testo RPM claims this natural herb will increase “libido, muscle building, and general mood”.
— Horny Goat Weed: Contains natural chemicals and phytoestrogens that could help increase blood flow and improve sexual function.
— Fenugreek Extract: A natural herb that may enhance sex drive and “masculinity”, according to the manufacturer.
Now, if you’ve ever looked through natural testosterone boosters online or at your local supplement retailer, you’ve seen these same ingredients over and over again. They’re all traditional herbal extracts linked to higher testosterone levels in some way or another. None of them are backed by a significant amount of research, but they all have been shown to boost your vascularity in some way or another.
Notice that I say “boost your vascularity” instead of “raise your testosterone”. Typically, these herbal extracts work by dilating your blood vessels, which makes it easier for blood, oxygen, and nutrients to get to your muscles. It also makes it easier to get an erection, among other things.
So by dilating your blood vessels, Testo RPM and its ingredients can make you feel like you’ve raised your testosterone – when in reality, this isn’t usually the case with the above ingredients.
Testo RPM has also never been independently studied – so we don’t have any evidence that all of the ingredients mixed together are an effective combination.

That address is just a corporation registration office and is not some glitzy corporate headquarters: so if you thought you were buying from some massive, reputable, high-quality nutritional supplement maker, then that doesn’t necessarily seem to be the case.

Should You Use Testo RPM to Boost Testosterone Levels?
Testo RPM claims that it will boost your testosterone and accelerate post-workout recovery.
In reality, Testo RPM lists just three ingredients with an unknown dosage. There appears to be more ingredients in the supplement – but the manufacturer doesn’t disclose that information.
Making things even more complicated is the fact that the manufacturer prices its supplement significantly higher than pretty much any other testosterone booster on the market, clocking in at around $90 for a single bottle.
With no evidence supporting its ingredients, no full ingredients list, and no dosage information, it’s difficult to recommend Testo RPM as a post-workout recovery solution.
