Vitamin B6
There are 5mg of vitamin B6 in every serving of Striction BP. That’s 250% of your daily recommend value. Magnesium
There are 32mg of magnesium in each serving of Striction BP. That works out to 8% of your daily recommended dose. The magnesium comes in the form of Dimagnesium Malate, which the manufacturer claims is the most bioavailable form of magnesium. So even though it delivers just 5% of your daily recommended dosage, you get more of it than you would with a traditional magnesium supplement or multivitamin. In any case, magnesium has been shown to dilate your blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and letting your veins relax.
Ceylon Cinnamon
Out of all the ingredients listed in Striction BP, this may be the most surprising one. Ceylon cinnamon is the core ingredient of Striction BP. Here’s what the manufacturer has to say about it:
The core ingredient of Striction BP is superior quality Natural Ceylon Cinnamon Extract. Not just any Cinnamon will do! Ceylon Cinnamon is “true Cinnamon” and it is safe in quantity and is the only type of Cinnamon proven to help reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, naturally with no side effects.
Ceylon, for those who don’t know, is the old name for Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka was known as Ceylon until 1972. Apparently, the island is home to a lot of cinnamon plantations.
There are 1000mg of Ceylon cinnamon in each serving of Striction BP. As mentioned above, the bark of the cinnamon plant has been used as a natural way to reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure and reduce your risk of hypertension.
Other Ingredients
The three ingredients listed above are the core ingredients of Striction BP. Other ingredients are found in the capsule, including gelatin, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silicon dioxide.
Scientific Evidence for Striction BP
Striction BP has linked to a number of scientific studies on its sales page. Those studies include the following:
One 2006 study showed water-soluble cinnamon can reduce blood pressure, including your systolic blood pressure (SBP) and fasting blood glucose (FBG). Researchers administered water-soluble cinnamon to a group and concluded that: “These data support the efficacy of Cinnulin PF® supplementation on reducing FBG and SBP, and improving body composition in men and women with the metabolic syndrome and suggest that this naturally-occurring spice can reduce risk factors associated with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.”
Another study from NYU involved a randomized trial of 58 people with type 2 diabetes. Some of this group received 2 grams of cinnamon per day, while another group did not. The cinnamon group reduced blood sugar levels and lowered their blood pressure.
The website also cites an article by the University of Maryland Medical Center which showed that eating low fat dairy products along with lots of magnesium-rich fruits and vegetables on a regular basis could lower blood pressure. That page attributes some of the benefits to magnesium, although the idea that “eating a healthy diet can lower blood pressure” isn’t exactly revolutionary.
Various cinnamon studies have shown that the natural compound can be used as a vasodilator. The manufacturer only links to two studies, although both of those studies are in favor of using cinnamon to lower blood pressure.

I love the product and it has done wonders for me, so I feel motivated to get my results out there and to refute some of the negative comments I’ve come across that I think are unfair.
The scam comments I see on many sites are not fair as the StrictionBP.com website offers visitors 3 purchase options. The first 2 are membership offers that lock in a discounted price for you agreeing to a monthly membership and the third is the one-time purchase offer where you don’t get re-billed ever.

I often see people blaming the company because they selected the membership option – which they clearly tell you re-bills – when they get re-billed. This not a fair slam on the company in my opinion.
These people need to read and understand what they’re purchasing and they need to take some accountability.

Lastly, the speed at which a person receives a refund has nothing to do with the company doing the refund. Once the company processes a refund, it’s up to the bank and credit card companies to do their thing to get the money back in your account and that can take days depending on your card.

I just started taking striction Bp .its been one week . I take 4 per day. My blood pressure today was 168/98..anxiously awaiting the results
I’m sure drug companies will say this product don’t work. I’ve been taking striction bp for 2 weeks. My bp has dropped closer to normal.it does work! Also my sleeping has gotten better use to wake up a lot taking 2 different drugs. Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone just as bp meds don’t work for everyone.I would rather take something natural over drugs.hope striction bp keeps working
after receiving strictionbp, is a person to take only that supplement and stop all blood pressure meds, or continue to take the doctor prescribed meds and the stricitionbp together? If so how does a person determine what is working?

The studies show that the systolic pressure is only lowered by 5mm HG and the diastolic by 2.6 mm Hg. Not a significant change. I thought this site actually investigated the claims. I am disappointed after reading what you have to offer on this OTC.
how large is the supply of striction bp I don’t want to start taking it and here that it has ran out I say this because you can only get it from your web site. . if this works I want to be able to continue purchasing it.
You can get magnesium malate anywhere online (I got some awhile ago from puritan pride, but I’ve seen it on amazon too). Also the same for b-6 and ceylon cinnamon (by the way, there are different varieties of cinnamon). So I’m thinking if I got all three separately online, it would still be cheaper than buying their product. I also read on another site, someone commenting that it was a scam, and that it didn’t work for her and she was still charged on her credit card well after she cancelled. So I plan to try it, but I’m getting the 3 items separately on reputable vitamin places and combining them at minimal recommended doses (what it shows on the jars). And then I’ll see if it actually works. This way I’m not buying their product with jacked up prices and I’m not giving them my CC number so they can keep charging me (I don’t want to end up like that other commentor I read).
PS… they tried to make it look like an “official” news report, stating that dr. Oz was promoting it,etc. He always states on his show not to believe these sites, because he NEVER promotes anything and they illegally use his image to sell their stuff.

we got scammed with this also, ordered it just like other dummies. IT DOES NOT WORK and then once they have your CC information they just keep charging. They have a quick cancel port you go to to cancel, but, it can NEVER FIND your information, your name, your phone number, nothing in order for you to be able to cancel. Then they order BEFORE the 90 days and charge your card …. I even got a cancellation email and they STILL charged my cc and shipped ANOTHER ORDER. I intend to file a complaint with our Attorney General. Do not know what good it will do, but, maybe if word gets out there people will stop ordering this worthless product and stop these people.
