Then I told her I would not be paying that and she cancelled my order with no further charges. After noticing charges of $82.95 and $89.95 on my VISA I contacted Revyve customer service to remove the charges. I was informed when I purchased the “trail” sample of your eye and face cream for the shipping and handling fee of $6.95 each was really an authorization to charge my account in 14 days for the products total price. I will admit my error in even thinking a mail order company would be any good, let alone faithful, it is now confirmed. The Revyve company knows exactly what it is doing. First, it gets a buyer attention by showing “Joanna Gaines” saying she is leaving HGTV for her own skin line and then you start promoting your product, with the customer thinking they are going to try a Joanna Gaines product. Then, Revyve tells you for a shipping fee you can get your “trail” product, which as you well know it is not a trail bottle but a scam to charge your account for the full amount.
When I agreed to try Revyve products, it was in good faith. I fully and honestly was interested in trying your product and hoped to purchase on a regular basis. Your “trail” period of 14 days from the “date of purchase” does not give a customer time to see if they like the product, let alone does what you claim it does. I won’t ever know if your product is any good, does what you claim or let any one else know if it works or not, because I will not use it now. A company who purposely deceives its customers is not a company I want to do business with and something must be really wrong with your products if you have to get customers to purchase using underhanded tactics.

The name of his (SCAM) company is MAX PROFIT SOLUTIONS INC., operating somewhere in southeast asia. The next time that you receive a call offering you this skin care products, slimming products, male enhancement, or memory enhancement… with a 14 day trial for a 1 month supply….DON’T BELIEVE, IT’S A TOTALLY SCAM.
Do Not buy this product because it simply does NOT work!! They reorder with out your authorization and charge you $89.95!! Then each month after that they will charge $96.90 for a tiny jar of cream that doesn’t even work!! When you want to cancel they charge you 29.00 to do that! Ditto to most all of the above. I saw the ad, ordered the $1.00 sample and was charged $1.99 plus $6.95. Two weeks later I was charged $89.95 and received a shipment of one bottle (no quantity on the label). Tried to call the company to cancel the order but a recorder comes on and advises you to leave a name, telephone number and the reason for your call. No response as of today. Sooooo, how does one cancel their so call subscription. This is three days since I received the ship for $89.95. I have just been notified by my credit card company that Revyve Skin just charged me again, this time for $92.95. My card company has been notified regarding the unauthorized charges and to stop payment. A dispute has been filed to try to recup my money. Customer 21044. You are right there is a scam going on.
I was actually able to get a live person. They cancelled my subscription, and I mailed back what I didn’t order. Called them with the tracking number. Of course I had to pay for shipping back. They are to credit my card. I will check for that.
It seems that I too was scammed. I will make the phone call to Revye to cancel, and also to my CC company to block these charges. I ordered 2 products for trial @ $6.95, and received 5 products. Seems like a scam to me. I just received the products, so hopefully when I phone tomorrow, I can return and get credit for the product. No more will I feel comfortable ordering products on line. Such a shame that they think they can take advantage of people, and many retirement age people, that live on Social Security such as me.
This company RevyveSkin has a number of questionable practices. Additional charges were processed to my bank account; Call center processed a reversal of the $89.95 but they charge a cancellation fee of $29.95. I then wanted to return the upsale item for $39.95 but was told that because the cancellation resolution had been accepted the account had been closed and nothing more could be done for me. I actually wanted to return all three items which were unopened but was told that was not necessary because they still could do nothing more for me. I asked for but never got anyone higher up than the account manager of the call center who told me that I had been flagged so all calls would be sent to her. This same person also said that they have all of the recorded phon calls if a complaint was filed. I have no intentions of using these products because if they were any good, in my opinion, they would not treat customers in this manner. I have used Guthrie Renker to order products for quite a few years and their service has been stellar. I saw the face and eye cream products ad on line and went to the website and ordered them. They were $6.95 each. I received the products, tried them, but they did not work for me. I considered myself just out $14 and chalked it up to a bad experience, but the following month two new charges appeared on my credit card bill for the same products, but there were additional charges of $89.95 for BBY*YOUNGFACEFOREVER and $82.95 for YOUTHFULEYESTODAY.
There was nothing on the webpages about additional charges or automatic future shipments/charges. I am returning the products and demanding a full refund. I’ve had to cancel my Visa account to prevent additional charges and am also contesting the charges.
Does anyone know where they are located? They’re making me return the products to a PO Box 41542 in St. Pete, FL 33743. There is also no return address on their packing slip/bill.

for those wondering about the video and the “results” you are seeing right before your eyes lol- i believe it is photoshopped. you can take a single image of a person, “photoshop” it with certain video editing software and it automatically applies the corrections “live” aka while the person is moving etc. keep this in mind when you are viewing ANYTHING video- photoshop is not just for still images. they use this in movies, tv and yes- all these types of beauty gimmick commercials.
This is a TOTAL scam …. I ordered it, then cancelled immediately after reading scam reports. If you have ordered this, CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD immediately. They will continue to put charges on your credit card without telling you. It will be $30 the first month, $89 each additional month. They need to be reported to the BBB asap!! They are difficult to get a hold of to cancel and are very pushy when trying to cancel. I emailed them and they said it was cancelled, however they still are trying to bill my credit card!!
I ordered the free trial as well. However, within the 30 days, I was charged $89.95 and two weeks later was charged $89.95 again. At the time I ordered the free trial, I did request the eye cream for $40. When I looked at my Credit Card Statement and saw $220 worth of charges in one month, I called the 800 number to cancel. I must say to contact them was a 2 hour nightmare. When I did get in touch with them, I told them that this was not affordable for me and the rep said “it is a very affordable product”…. I said “not for me it isn’t”. then they proceeded to barter with me about not cancelling. I was appaled. I am a Sales Manager and we would never think of treating our customers this way. Finally, she agreed to let me send all the product back and would credit the $220 back to my account. She told me that the only thing I needed to do is hold onto my RMA number. Not the tracking number! I am serious. After 3 weeks with no word from them, I called yesterday and the rep told me that there was nothing they could do and basically I was out my $220 with zero to show for it. I have never had such a horrible experience! I will be telling all my friends and family never to buy from this company.
This Revyve is a rotten scam that should not be on the internet. I ordered the trial under eye product which was advertised for $4.95. Then I saw that it went up to $6.95 the next day after I put in my order so I called them up and an old man said that is the price plus shipping so I said all right. I waited 30 days for it to arrive and finally a large package came in the mail with all kinds of stuff for your face that I did not order and a charge for $82.95. So I returned it right away and had to pay shipping $9.02 and I called them up and they said I didn’t cancel . How could I cancel something I never ordered and I sent it back right away. I never opened the package and never used anything in it. And they are still charging my discover card which is in dispute. This is fraud and these people should go to jail for this.

This is the first time I fell for a scam ever. I ordered the trial product, which they make you believe you pay 6,95 for an actual trial product in the hope you like it and will buy it again. I didn’t see anywhere on the website that you needed to cancel or do anything after and I read all pages twice very careful.
From the day you order, they apprently count 14 days in which you need to cancel, even if you receive it a week later. If you don’t, they charge you 89,95 (no there’s no gold inside). These terms suppose to be hidden somewhere in the policy terms which I never saw while ordering and people never read.
I understand marketing, but this is false advertising and they can be sued for it. You’re actually not buying a trial product at all, you’re buying the actual product and just pay the delivery fees up front, they just charge you the actual amount within 14 days.
And besides that the cream isn’t even good. Using it since 4/5 days now and it makes my skin very dry.
I called them with my bank, but they were very unfriendly and unhelpful. They know what they’re doing is really bad, but they were keep on mentioning that this it written in the policy terms which I should have read, (because when you buy a product you usually read the 10 pages policy terms?!?!).

I tried to order the 4.95 “trial” (for all I know its suave lotion – didn’t do anything)…..once I placed the order, their customer service rep called me, and told me that I had to re-verify my credit card information (and some other confidential info), told me that if I didn’t give it to her she would not be held responsible for any other shipments/purchases that I received….WHO WOULD EVER DO THAT. REALLY?????

I have tried dealing with this company after a long dispute with the help of my credit card. If you think you are ordering a simple sample think again. After you receive expensive products which you did not order in the first place is impossible to get a refund. I was given a confirmation number to return my product and never got a refund, you are better off canceling what you didn’t sign up for in the first place and throwing the products away. They probably re-send then to the next sucker! I live on social security so I was absolutely furious when I got my credit card statement today and had been charged $89.95 for face cream that you’re lead to believe was a free sample. I did call the company immediately and I was told it was in the terms and agreement,which by the way I didn’t see so therefore I did not check the little box saying I agreed to it. I went there today and found it. The lady said they could give me 40% refund so I took it but this is a scam and I agree with all the other complaints above.Also I cannot believe for one minute that people pay that much ,except by being tricked,for something that in my opinion is no better than St.Ives that you can buy at Walmart for less than $6.I too will never order anything on line again.
I just got scammed too. I sure wish I would have gone to this site before I made my purchase, but then again, they said I was purchasing Christie Brinkley’s skin care. I just turned them into the BBB and also am filing a small claims petition to get my money returned. They debited my account so much that I had to cancel my account to get them to stop.

I called on 6/9/16 – spoke to a very rude woman – told her this was a total scam and have in dispute with Discover card – she laughed and told me Discover can’t do anything as I agreed to the terms – I told her no where did I see that I would receive nothing more than a “trial” size for $6.95. I also told her I wanted to cancel anything further from shipping and any further charges – she would not give me her name of a confirmation number for my conversation – said she would send an email – never received email – I also left a call back number several times and never received a call back – It is just awful that people work for a company that enjoys scamming people out of their hard earned money!! I am documenting everything I can find on this scam with Discover and all of the above has been very helpful. Hopefully if enough of us report this we can put an end to it!

Obviously when they finally get shut down after all the complaints and the Better Business Bureau gets involved, they just reopen under a different name, with different packaging for their scam of a product & use the same website with a few minor tweaks. Additionally you falsely offer a “free trial” with no mention of being charged 89.95. How you were able to capture my credit card information from agreeing the to pay the shipping and handling is “Fraud” and “Theft”. My bank has been alerted with your company information Broadwy*RevyveSkin and has blocked any an all transactions. So please do not attempt to push any charges through. The actual company “ReVive Skincare” should know that they have a copycat offering false products and services. These types of copycats not only get reported to the BBB, but you also be reported to the FBI’s(Consumer Division). It is very unfortunate how your company feels the need to steal from and take advantage of those seeking some type of personal beauty remedy.

I called last week and was told that if I called with the tracking no. for the returned package the amount will be taken off my Visa. 9374 8699 0350 0958 7177 another no. I saw on the package was 45 so either one is for tracking.
this is a scam. The fact that you don’t disclose on your website that what you are buying is not only a product, but a subscription is just the beginning of this rip-off. The products DO NOT WORK. If people realized they would be paying upward of $90.00 for monthly shipments of this crap, they wouldn’t order it in the first place. I saw absolutely NOTHING on your website or in the subsequent order confirmation e-mails about this being a subscription. I have e-mailed your company twice to request return merchandise authorizations for the subsequent product shipmenst I have received but have not opened, and have not yet received anything in reply. I also called the customer service line and the women just told me I should have read the Terms and Conditions before I ordered. The fact that you have to hide the true costs of these products in the Terms and Conditions and don’t post them directly on your website is further evidence that this is a scam. Any reputable company would accept the return of products for full refund, whether they have been opened or not. Your terms and conditions make it very clear that the customer may or may not get a refund and ONLY if the product is returned unopened with a Return Merchandise Authorization number that you provide clearly marked on all sides of the package. I’m still waiting for my RMA’s so that I can return this crap. But that’s just my unbiased opinion.
In fairness, I must report that Revyve has credited my credit card account for the products I returned and did send confirmation e-mails letting me know that my subscriptions have been cancelled. So far, I have received no further shipments. Although what they are doing is probably not illegal, I still find their deception about the true costs of these products less than reputable, but I must say I am satisfied with the manner is which they have made restitution. However, I cannot recommend this company and will have no further dealings with them.

Why is it that the woman in the short Revyve social media commercial talks about previously using it with great success in Las Vegas? In other words, why did her bags reappear? She is obviously a user of the product, so why weren’t her results lasting? Are the results only for a few hours?
Yes. Unfortunately ALL of these “beauty product’s” advertised online are nothing but a scam.. They know we are all looking for that miracle in a bottle or jar and make up “new” products daily that do not work but costs up to over $100.00 or even more.. I learned my lesson with ordering a couple of these “trials”, different products of course, but I have finally learned my lesson.. I always look up these product’s online and see they are ALL nothing but a scam.. ALL are the same, either NO or VERY poor customer service so I’ve not even attempted to order what is shown online.. I make sure it is something I see on TV from reputable companies and I contact the company via telephone before ordering to make I speak to a customer service representative and make sure there is a refund if not happy.. Iwill deduct these amounts from my credit card bill do not want to be billed in the future for any products. You stated this was a trial at $6.95 until anyone decided to order more. I do not want any future products , cancel any thing you have in my name.
