Some users claim that the quantities of vitamins in their products are not enough to do what the company claims and others state that their prices are inflated. One Amazon reviewer claimed that his credit card was charged without authorization and after numerous attempts to resolve the issue, Purity stopped responding to his inquiries. However, a Customer Care Coordinator replied to the review with a phone number and contact name to resolve the issue, stating that Purity Products takes customer service very seriously. Reviews through the Purity website were mostly positive.
