Power Garcinia Cambogia Review – Work?
Power Garcinia Cambogia is a diet pill that claims to work more quickly and efficiently than any other garcinia cambogia diet pill on the market. Here’s our Power Garcinia Cambogia review.
What is Power Garcinia Cambogia?
Power Garcinia Cambogia is a diet pill that contains natural garcinia cambogia extract with 60% hydroxycitric acid (HCA). By taking the pill daily, you can purportedly block fat production in your body while suppressing your appetite. Ultimately, this leads to more weight loss.
The pill comes with no side effects and claims to be perfectly safe to use. Each capsule contains 800mg of formula, which is right in line with the amount we’ve seen in other supplements.
How does Power Garcinia Cambogia actually work? Let’s take a closer look.
How Does Power Garcinia Cambogia Work?
Power Garcinia Cambogia works using the active ingredient in garcinia cambogia, hydroxycitric acid (HCA).
60% HCA is pretty much the highest concentration we see for garcinia cambogia supplements. The concentration is so high that you have to actually add HCA to the formula – you can’t get 60% HCA concentrations by simply condensing natural garcinia cambogia – so the 100% natural claim made by Power Garcinia Cambogia is a little misleading.
In any case, the manufacturer claims that HCA works by targeting the hormone cortisol. By stabilizing cortisol levels, Power Garcinia Cambogia can prevent the formation of belly fat.
At the same time, HCA purportedly manages the stress hormone cortezole, which is another component in burning belly fat.
The manufacturer doesn’t go into great detail about how the supplement works. Instead, they say things like:
“Power Garcinia Cambogia was engineered by a team of scientists and researchers familiar with the difficulties of burning fat and losing weight.”
“Familiar” doesn’t sound like a very strong word here.
The manufacturer never posts any clinical trials or scientific evidence showing that its formula works.
Outside of Power Garcinia Cambogia, we’ve seen very few reputable clinical trials suggesting that garcinia cambogia can actually help individuals lose weight. Instead, most studies seem to indicate that it either doesn’t work at all (compared to a placebo) or it has a very mild appetite suppression effect.
So while people like Dr. Oz may call garcinia cambogia a “miracle weight loss cure”, there’s not a lot of evidence suggesting that it actually works.
Power Garcinia Cambogia Ingredients
Power Garcinia Cambogia doesn’t list its ingredients label. However, it claims to contain 800mg of pure garcinia cambogia with 60% HCA in each 800mg serving.
It doesn’t appear that Power Garcinia Cambogia has any other additional ingredients. If it does, those ingredients are not listed.
Power Garcinia Cambogia Pricing
Power Garcinia Cambogia, like many diet pills sold online today, is sold via a “free trial” that promises to send you a “sample pack” in exchange for just one small shipping fee.
In reality, this trial is a bit of a scam. Here’s how it works:
-You pay $4.95 today for your “sample bottle”
-Once you receive that sample bottle, you’ll realize that it’s a full-sized bottle with 60 capsules
-You have 14 days (from the date you ordered the supplement) to try the diet pill, cancel your trial, and return the bottle
-If you don’t do this within 14 days, then you’ll be charged the full retail price for the bottle you already received, which is $79.99
-You will continue to be charged $79.99 every 30 days for the rest of your life until you cancel, and you’ll receive one full-sized bottle of Power Garcinia Cambogia every month
Ultimately, this free trial scam is one we’ve seen repeated countless times online. The full details of the scam are listed below the ordering page in the fine print, and you’ll also see the details in the terms and conditions section.
Who Makes Power Garcinia Cambogia?
Power Garcinia Cambogia is made by accompany that calls itself Power Garcinia Cambogia.
That company lists its mailing address as:

Should You Use Power Garcinia Cambogia to Lose Weight?
If you’re spending $80 on a diet pill, then you’re better off investing in caffeine pills than Power Garcinia Cambogia. Caffeine is backed by significantly more weight loss research than garcinia cambogia.
Making things look even worse for Power Garcinia Cambogia is that the formula used in this supplement has never actually been studied: you’re just trusting a manufacturer to have condensed the right dose of garcinia cambogia into a powder, and then trusting that formula can help you lose weight.
Not to mention of course, that reputable manufacturers don’t typically sell their products through scam-like autoship programs. Power Garcinia Cambogia advertises a $5 fee upfront for a “sample” bottle, only to charge your account nearly $200 in hidden fees.
For all of these reasons, there are plenty of better ways to spend your money on weight loss supplements than Power Garcinia Cambogia.
