Users can use Lybrate for free (doctors need to pay a monthly fee to get listed through the app). However, when users consult a doctor privately, they’ll need to pay online fees.
These fees are decided by doctors themselves – so they vary widely between doctors. On top of their doctor visit fee, Lybrate charges an “internet handling fee”.
Lybrate’s service is available throughout most of the major metro areas of India. A recent promotion for Lybrate lab tests was available in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Chennai.
Meanwhile, doctors can sign up for Lybrate’s clinic plans here. The basic plans start at around 888 Rs ($13 USD) for one clinic.
