Lairs and dogs own and operate this Hitler’s company so called Lavino eyeless cream. These gang of thieves stole my $200.00. Don’t ever buy anything from these bay of pigs.
What a rip off this company is, they have no concern for their customer complaints what so ever.
I did not realize I was getting charged $117.87 for two months until I got a third box with cream in it. I ordered a free trail for $5.95 and nowhere did I see I would be charged $117.87 a month and keep receiving the cream.
Of course when I just called they refused a refund and said I should have read the 14 day cancel policy.

I called my bank and explained what a fraud this company was and disputed the charge.they at least changed my card #so can’t bill anymore but if get no results in getting refund will call FTC and maybe due a small court claim if possible.they did not mention about the 14 days on the trial form I did.I am disabled and don’t have a 117 dollars to give to some thieves(con artist)
In my experience with online free trial periods, the time starts the day you place the order. It is best to always ask. Another way to keep repeated charges is to get a gift card with enough balance for the trial and shipping but not enough to get an automatic re-order. I agree with mostly all of the comments already made on these products and how the money is taken very quickly, I was sent this product for a free trial period and didn’t have much time actually experience the “FREE TRIAL PERIOD” to see if this product was good match for me and I was charged $200.00 for products that I haven’t received yet. This product is ultimately not a good product for me. I too, experienced a bad reaction around my eye area with the eye cream (burning, itching) I did not even open the jar of moisturizer. Lord, knows what that would have done to my entire face.
So, on May 12th at approximately at 7:25 pm I called my bank to file dispute charges, since the monies had posted, and the “Free Trial Period” had lapsed, I should call the Customer Service for Lavino Skin.
I called customer service at 7:39pm 12May, of course got the phone automation system , I was able to cancel my eye cream subscription via the automation system, then I proceeded request for a representative, to be able to explain the situation and see about the $200.00 charged for these products.
Well, it was a complete disaster the first representative by the name Harold, after explaining my situation with the bad reaction to the product, the very short trial time to see it effects for me and the fact that already there have $200.00 charged to my card I requested verbally for him to please cancelled my moisturizer cream subscription, and he did so. Then when I asked him about a possible refund that’s when I had the most unprofessional person I ever to deal with.
I am in the Customer Service industry for almost 25 yrs now, was I appalled this by far the worse experience I had with a representative.
Please I request that you review and listen to your recording of this phone call of this individual (Harold) and I. He was robotic in his answers, about the “free trial period” explicitly telling me that I was NOT going to received any type of refund.
I must have said that to me several times, I tried to reason with him to but stuck to what he had said to me over and over again and as he kept saying it began to sound escalated. After, I saw that he was not listening to me his customer I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager. He informed me that there not a supervisor or manager available at that time that I could speak with, but it would NOT matter they are going to tell me the same thing. “NO REFUNDS, DUE TO PAST THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD”!
This individual should NOT be a customer service representative, his approach to the matter was ROBOTIC. (repeating the same thing over and over). To the point he assured me I would not get any refund. He truly was horrible, he needs to be disciplined/or terminated, or sent back to training in how to address customers issues in a professional manner.
The next day 13May approximately at 2:39pm I called the customer service again and a representative of the name of Mike came on the line. I briefly, told him about that I had call the night before and was told a would be able to speak to a supervisor or manager at that time. He took my name, and ask just to give him a minute to see the account. He confirmed the charges that were there and asked me if he could help me.
Mike, listened to my situation with the products and the fees and my experience with the first representative Harold. First, Mike apologized for my experience both with the product and with the representative. He did say that there was a “free trial period” but he would offer me a partial refund of my charges and I could keep the products that were still due to be delivered, because had stated I would shipped the products back I did not want them.
Now, Mike handle the call in a very professional manner, he took initiative to try to make it right for both the company and the customer. Now, the fact I received partial refund is good, but not completely satisfactory, because I believe if a person has a bad reaction to a product should be able to receive full refund, especially I didn’t even open one jar and haven’t to this date receive the second shipment.
The catch with this company is “terms and agreement” the clause of the free trial period. This company uses that because you literally have too agree to the terms to get the “free trial” and provide your bank information for shipping and handling charges. This to me entrapment, they have a very quick trial time, with the hopes people forget (and most people do forget) and not cancel the subscription before the trial period has expired and then they take your money. Those two small jars of products cost me $100.00, and total of $200.00 for the next shipment that doesn’t even arrived till the end of the month. I vow to NEVER again subscribe to another “FREE TRIAL PRODUCT” EVER AGAIN!!! LESSON LEARNED.

Lastly, I strongly encourage that you listen to way I was first handled by a representative (Harold) of your company. The only thing that was good, was the way I was taken care of by representative Mike, at least I was able to get half my back. Whew……. Kudos to Mike!

I totally agree with all the above people but you guys have to call and cancel not try to cancel on this site. I personally am going to try to dispute my charge through my credit card company and then I’m going to report them to the federal trade commission and you all should do the same! If the FTC gets enough complaints they will address this company. This company is fraudulent by not disclosing information about only letting you keep the bottles for 14 days then charging you 117.00 and the truth is its not even a full 2 weeks that you have the product because they count it from the date of charge not the date you receive it, which is about a week later. Also make sure to post negative remarks about it on facebook!
