Exact same thing happened to me. I seriously wish I read this crap first!!! I feel like an idiot. $90 bucks gone out of my account!
after I fell for the pay only shipping and handling scam I tried the lotion and it feels like any cheap lotion you can buy at Walmart , they tell you that you can cancel any time , of course you can but what they don’t tell you is that they will charge you almost $40 bucks to when you cancel it comes out instantly out of your account at the end of this scam with the cancellation fee and shipping and handling I paid almost $50 bucks for this cheap lotion , my advice don’t do it is a scam.

I odered a 4.99 trail, so I thought. looked into my account they took 85.95 for a face crème and another 85.95 for eye crème, I thought I was spending 11.98 of course counting s&h FOR trail size. They got me. The product is no good. ofcourse, I KNOW. I was told by comtomer service they don’t give refunds! I ask to speak to a supervisor and the lady said she was the supervisor. Yes, read everything first. There is a brief window of time to cancel trial. However when you call, you will get an automated voicemail system to cancel. They will tell you that you have cancelled your ongoing membership but will be billed an additional 38.75. I finally got a live representative and she refused to remove this charge stating it is a termination charge. That is fraud and I told her so. I also told her I would be calling our state attorney general’s office to report this fraud and give them all information. She put me on hold to speak with her manager. That worked. There will be no additional charge and it is being refunded. They don’t like threats to reveal their fraud so bear this in mind if you need to use this tactic. That is why we have fraud depts and state attorney generals.
Total ripoff company. They will automatically bill you and hide behind the “terms and conditions” hidden in their online documents. They refused to let me return their unopened product, insisted I pay for their unwanted cream, and told me to throw it out if I didn’t want it. Finally, they agreed to refund me 35% and told me they would not refund me anything if I reported them to the credit card company! Stay far away from Juvalux unless you want to be intimidated and scammed.
The same thing happened to me–I called within the 10 day time frame to cancel, but ended up being charged $39 anyway because I didn’t talk with a customer service representative. If you use the automated system, which is the ONLY way to cancel that is offered, you are charged “a reduced rate.” It isn’t a free trial at all!
EXACTLY!!! I was also charged over $90.00 for each product, and that was only after 14 days, I called customer service and told them that I had not even opened the container, I would like to return it and have those charges removed from my card, and they said, nope…. It’s just another scam… the box comes without any paperwork, nothing to tell you what you will be charged or when. they have you … DO NOT ORDER THE TRIAL!!!!!!!!!

You must report this to agencies governing consumer products, they will make them refund your money taken illegally! Call consumer affairs and ask them who to contact. Good luck!
Please do not order this product. The company’s policies are fraudulent. Product is NOT worth a dime much less the $95+ dollars they charge. Don’t waste your money!
