The page also prominently features the logos of The Wall Street Journal, CBS, and Men’s Health in an effort to make you believe the supplement was featured on these major media outlets (it wasn’t).
Is Humanoflow really the cure-all you need to boost your sexual performance? Let’s take a closer look at how it works.
How Does Humanoflow Work?
Humanoflow claims to have been developed by doctors and chemists to improve sexual performance and overall wellbeing in men.
The supplement was designed to steadily increase testosterone levels while also raising blood circulation, energy levels, strength, sexual performance, and muscle growth – all while lowering blood pressure.
Typically, testosterone supplements raise blood pressure. By dilating your blood vessels, Humanoflow claims it can lower your blood pressure while still raising your testosterone.
Humanoflow makes enormous promises about its effectiveness. However, once you look at the ingredients label, you’ll realize that Humanoflow doesn’t contain anything special:there’s just a small dose of amino acids and B vitamins, along with trace amounts of herbal extracts like horny goat weed.
To make Humanoflow look even worse, it’s priced at $50 for 30 capsules (15 servings). That’s more expensive than most other sexual enhancement supplements on the market.

Taking a look at those ingredients, Humanoflow is identical to many other sexual health supplements on the market today.
Ingredients like arginine are a popular way to widen blood vessels, for example, and aspartic acid, also marketed as DAA, is used by bodybuilders to support healthy testosterone levels.
Unfortunately, the doses in Humanoflow are far weaker than you would expect in such a high-priced supplement.
Typically, men take a dose of 2000 to 5000mg of L-arginine to widen blood vessels, for example. Meanwhile, most studies on aspartic acid and testosterone use a minimum dose of 3,000mg per day.
Humanoflow has just 340mg of arginine and 340mg of aspartic acid. Unless you weigh less than 100 pounds, these doses are unlikely to have a significant effect on your body.
Furthermore, most sexual health supplement manufacturers list their dosages for ingredients like tribulus terrestris – which is a popular herbal sexual health ingredient that’s been genuinely linked to higher libido levels.

Green Garden Gold was launched in 2014 with the goal of producing high-quality hemp oil. Today, the company claims to have a “proprietary production process” that ensures they make the purest possible supplements.

The company makes numerous claims about how its products have been featured on major media outlets. Humanoflow, for example, has reportedly been featured on Men’s Health, CBS, and The Wall Street Journal.
Green Garden Gold also claims its hemp oil has been featured on CNN, Fox News, NBC, The Wall Street Journal, and Men’s Health.
In reality, this appears to be a blatant lie: a quick Google search for any of these products on any of these media outlets shows no results.
If you read the fine print on the official website, you’ll see that the company only claims that “natural male enhancement has been featured on” those major media outlets – but Green Garden Gold still prominently advertises the logos of these media outlets. They’re doing this on purpose to make their supplements look more legitimate.

Should You Buy Humanoflow?
If you’re spending $50 on a sexual health supplement, then you can find much better deals than Humanoflow.
The supplement contains just 15 servings in each $50 package (30 capsules), and those servings contain a surprisingly weak dosage of the active ingredients. L-arginine and aspartic acid are effective sexual health boosters, but the doses found in Humanoflow are too weak to have any noticeable effect on your body.
Ultimately, Humanoflow is more of a scam than a natural male enhancement supplement. The company’s website is filled with unproven claims about raising your testosterone. The company refuses to disclose most of its ingredients.
And, the company prominently features the logos of major media outlets despite the fact that none of the company’s products have ever been featured on those outlets. These are all red flags of an online scam.
