Finesse Face Serum – Anti-Aging Skin Care Cream

Finesse Face Serum Review

Finesse Face Serum is an anti-aging skin cream made by a company based in Santa Ana, California. Here’s our Finesse Face Serum review.

What is Finesse Face Serum?

Finesse Face Serum is an anti-aging skin cream that promises to rejuvenate your skin in a better way than any other skin cream. Also known as Finesse Eye Lift, the cream is made by a company based in Santa Ana, California.

One of the most unique things about Finesse Face Serum is that it’s available exclusively through a free trial offer. That trial costs about $5 for the first 14 days and then $90 per month thereafter, making Finesse Face Serum a relatively expensive skin cream.

But is Finesse Eye Lift worth the high price? Keep reading to find out how it works.

How Does Finesse Face Serum Work?

The creators of Finesse Face Serum don’t sound overly confident about their product. Here’s what they have to say when asked about how it works:

“Finesse Eye Lift may help skin rejuvenation and hydration. It reinforces the dermal matrix and may help smoothen out imperfections like fine lines. It also may help with skin repair, where it may increase hydration and repair skin damage such as dryness, redness, cracked and peeled skin.”

As you can see, there are a lot of “mays” in that sentence. It may help your skin – or it may not.

That doesn’t sound like a great guarantee from a company that’s expecting you to pay about $100 per month for a small jar of skin cream.

There’s also a lot of talk about what the cream does – and not exactly how it works.

Making matters worse is that the cream never mentions any clinical trials or scientific tests. It doesn’t appear that the cream has ever undergone any type of testing. So when the manufacturer mentions those benefits, there may not be a whole lot of truth behind them.

Finesse Face Serum Ingredients

Finesse Face Serum lists its full range of ingredients online, although there’s no information about the amount of any ingredient in the supplement. The full list of ingredients includes:

Water, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Glycerin, Cyclopentasiloxane, Acrylate/Dimethicone Copolymer, Isohexadecane, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Retinol, Ceramide-3, Spilanthes Acmella Flower Extract, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Extract, Eryngium Maritimum Callus Culture Filtrate, Avenanthramides, Silica, Betaine, Tocopheryl Acetate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Cetyl Palmitate, Arachidyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Arachidyl Glucoside, Trideceth-6 Phosphate, Laureth-23, Polysorbate-20, Polysorbate 80, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer Isohexadecane, Disodium EDTA, Aminomethyl Propanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, and Phenoxyethanol

These ingredients are about what you would expect to find in an antiaging skin cream. Ingredients like Ceramide-3 promote collagen production beneath the skin, while botanicals like black currant seed extract are often used as antioxidants.

How to Use Finesse Face Serum

The manufacturer recommends using a three step process with Finesse Face Serum. Those three steps seem ridiculously easy to follow, so you shouldn’t have much trouble:

— Step 1) Wash face with gentle cleanser and pat dry
— Step 2) Gently apply serum all over the face and neck areas
— Step 3) Experience younger looking skin today

How to Buy Finesse Face Serum

The manufacturer has made the interesting choice to make Finesse exclusively available through a “free” trial offer. That trial offer works the same as many scammy autoship programs you’ll find online.

In the manufacturer’s defense, they’re totally honest about how the autoship program works. Everything is listed immediately under the ordering form in large, readable font. You have to check a box beside those terms and conditions before you order.

Here’s how the trial works:

— You will be billed $4.95 for shipping and handling and you’ll receive a full-sized bottle of Finesse within 3 to 5 business days

— You have 14 calendar days from when you first ordered the trial to determine whether or not Finesse is the right choice for you. If you don’t cancel or request a refund within those 14 days, then your credit card will be charged $89.53. Keep in mind that the manufacturer already has your credit card info because you used it to pay the S&H fee.

— That $89.53 charge only covers the full-sized jar of Finesse you’ve already received. 2 weeks after that charge appears on your credit card, another charge will appear for $89.53. This is to cover the second shipment of Finesse, which is already being shipped to your door.

— You will continue to receive a monthly supply of Finesse every month thereafter and continue being charged $89.53 on your credit card.

If you want to cancel this autoship program or request a refund, you’ll need to contact support at (877) 569-8437.

  1. I was scammed by Skin Filter TOO – did not see anything on the Website about Autoship agreement. Thought it was a TRAIL bottle for $4.95 shipping cost. Didn’t get it, didn’t get anything until 2 months later when my neighbor brought a box that was delivered to her over the Holidays while she was out of town. By then it was 60 days since Trial ordered. NOT A TRAIL – ALL LIES! CITIBANK IS NOT PROTECTING ITS CUSTOMERS WITH THIS COMPANY or any of these type of Scammers. They KNOW it’s a scam, but won’t fight them if you don’t have a Cancellation Email – WITHIN THE 14days – again NO PRODUCT! HOW DO YOU “TRIAL” THAT? They presented to Citi a completely different Website/Web pages with Checkboxes – not at all same Address or Pages as my cookies history (some pages were modified to 2017 copyright others were not) – PRINTED ALL THAT PROOF OF NO CHECKBOXES ON THE PAGES IN MY HISTORY! Still not enough to prove I did NOT AGREE to this SCAM! Two charges of $89.53 before I got 1 box, which is still unopened – wouldn’t let that stuff touch my face. The Credit Card companies KNOW and SHOULD BE FIGHTING THIS KIND OF FRAUD but won’t because they’re making money of the Merchants Charge Fees! WE need to pull together a Class Action LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM and put them out of business. When I did call to cancel they insisted on getting my Credit Card information to Look me up – I refused, gave my Phone, Email and Address but he refused to Cancel without CREDIT CARD INFO AGAIN. I had already switched the account over to a new account when called about the Charges showing up, got the 800# from Citi to call. NO HELP FROM ANYONE – I’m closing the Citi Account and FIGHTING IT OUT WITH COLLECTIONS and get Attorney involved if can’t settle it there. DONE WITH CITIBANK!

  2. In’t there anything we can do? I cancelled in November and got a little over $60 put on my cred card. She sent me a cancellation notice and the next month, yet more came and 2 more charges for over $80. Why are the Feds not on to this?

  3. That company is a scammer too, they took my money from my account without my knowledge, its a bad experience, i reported it too from the bank and we will do a dispute, hoping to have a refund its $89.53, those people are pathological liar

    • hr cream hydrate and rejuvenate eye restorationI am a victim of this company too just today when I read all the customer reviews here I call that company right away to cancel the subscription and they charge me $42!!!! So I called my bank to block my debit card and they already took money for cancellation fee of $42.. Just go to your bank to change your card. I will do it tomorrow

    • This is the same thing that happened to me. My order came when I was having surgery and not at home to receive it. I tried having my bank dispute it for me but the employee, said he was a supervisor, would not refund my purchase. He said if I had not brought the dispute to the attention and help from my bank I would have had a full refund. I informed him that I never opened the shipping box and therefore can return the product as I received it. He still would not refund because of the bank being involved.

  4. I used my visa card to get free sample was charged 98.71 for a shipmental I didn’t order.I sent in a dispute through my card company received all my money back.anyone getting ripped off by this company using a card should do the same don’t let the thief’s get away with it.

  5. I got scammed too. I’m going to my bank and file for my money back. I hate people that rip people off. I hope they have a place in hell for them.

  6. Scam, product doesn’t work, no difference except high charges to your account. You don’t get sent to the website if your on phone, then they rape you for charges that you’re unaware of. Talk to customer service, they’ll call you a liar when you tell them you weren’t sent to website. Sorry, they tell you free samples just pay s&h. Well not free they charge at 14 days it doesn’t matter that you have only had less than a week. DO YOU SELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! THEY ARE THIEVES!

  7. Total scam! I called to cancel the product (that I was double charged for) and was billed another $9.95 to get a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to return the product. The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. They do not recognized you have even returned a product without the RMA#, you also must pay for your own shipping. (Which I sent certified mail with a return signature required) The customer service reps do everything they can to prevent you from stopping the subscription and as others have said are extremely rude.
Wish I had done my homework first. Lesson learned. Someone should start a class action law suit, I’d join in as would many!

  8. I should have known better also. I paid for the trial on one and was was charged for two. I didn’t EVER receive either product…..almost $200 later. Am calling customer service today….this is B.S.

  9. I called to cancel after reading everyone’s post the told me I had to wait till the30th to cancel..I am going to my bank to change my cards so they don’t get another penny..and it also said 100 percent money back if you were not satisfied with the product…I hope Kate knows about all these scams since she is leavening all her honors to promote this product

  10. I recieved two packages in mail today. I do not want these and do not want to ever recieve any more. I did not order these and want to know how to return them.

  11. I have never been more disgusted with a company in my entire life, and sadly this is not an exaggeration by any means. Every customer service rep. I had spoke to was absolutely rude. I worked in customer care for 3 years and despite a customer being wrong or right we were still expected to speak to professionalism and understanding, this company will talk down to you and talk over with you. Judging by the reviews this company commonly deals with people not reading the find print, and not being aware of subscriptions; my grandmother is a 78 year old woman currently living with cancer. My Grandmother had ordered the “4.95” sample for her sister as a present, and was not aware there will be continuing charges and products coming. When I explained my grandmother did this unknowingly I was virtually told my Grandmother is a liar. (disgusting! how dare you) I explained my Grandmother would be happy to send the un-opended products back to the company ASAP, and that she would be unable to use them regardless due to her cancer. Those who have lived with a family member having cancer know that there is only certain skin products, cleaning chemicals, detergents, and etc. a cancer patient can be exposed to as it can be dangerous. When I explained this to them they then flat out stated I was using my grandmothers condition and age to make them feel sorry! I was flabbergasted. I explained that was NOT my intent that I was explaining she is unable to use these products due to her cancer treatments, and also can’t afford them again due to the expenses of cancer. This is a real life situation, and I am disgusted this company lacks morals and values. My Grandmother was in tears of frustration, she should not having to be worrying about things of this nature. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AT ALL! Also when you may unknowingly sign up for other products during cash out. Disgusting customer service, rude and obnoxious supervisory staff.

    • Today this happened to me .Im so upset I can’t write the whole story.im just beside myself how they spoke to me calling me an idiot because I took to long to pick up my mail.Im looking further into this ,first time in my life but I can’t afford the charge either for nothing.

  12. YES, BIG SCAMMMMM!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! ALMOST $90 FOR EACH BOTTLE, TRIAL SIZE BOTTLES. DO NOT ORDER!!

  13. Please cancel any future shipments of this product. I’m within the 14 day trial period.
I will hire an attorney to resolve this issue.

  14. Don’t ever order this! It is a scam. They will keep charging you! I like the rest was charged 89.53 after after I was charged the initial 4.95 twice for the initial trail size offer. I am ready to join lawsuit!

  15. I cancelled and called and cancelled my credit card. Glad I did. Mailed it all back Jan 20th to the exact address I was told. Today I received the package back. Marked Return to Sender. The exact address on web site 3760 west Mc Fadden Ave number B 602 Santa Ana, California 92704. I hope they don’t try to mess up my credit

  16. I got scammed also I only ordered and approved my credit card for 4.95 each for two products I never saw the terms when ordering either I disputed with my bank they could not do any thing either maybe I should get the bank that helped some people but I guess my bank allows their customers to get robed I will put this on Facebook also and try to teach the media as hard as I can I cannot afford to be robbed of my money I’m on social security it’s a dam shame that companies exised like these the government should put them in jail

    • I totally agree .I spent hour telling several rude customer service reps .I thought it was $4.95. Now they’ve charged me $88.00 .Im disabled and on social security ,they insulted me ,I wish I could have recorded conversations .I want to go to the police

  17. Total scam!!!! All of the above happened to me. Thank goodness my bank called to verify the purchase. Now worried a may be charged again after canceling

  18. What a rip-off. You don’t see the terms and conditions when ordering, and then you are billed out of nowhere for almost $90. And the product is not any good…certainly not as good as some of the products you can purchase at some of our department stores.
Maybe contacting the BBB will help?

    • That just happened to me today as well thank goodness my bank called to verify this. I called them and have been charged the 80+ dollars and they would have continued taking that out of my account monthly had the bank not called. Very misleading!!!!

  19. I echo all said in the previous reviews. I read the same information and nowhere understood there would be a follow-up charge of nearly $200.00. I argued and pleaded with the representative and the Customer Service Supervisor, ” Allan Marlow” to no avail. I am also working with my credit card company and hope they can assist. Horrible company and unethical business practices.

  20. I thought I was ordering a free sample for 4.99,now I.m over checked and don’t know how my daughter are supposed to make it..I’m on a fixed income..And I feel like I have been totally scammed,,, If there’s any way to get my money back please let me know ..I have had to let bills go till next month and my daughter is sick and I have no idea I’m gonna pay for her meds..If anyone finds a way to get a refund PLEASE let me know

  21. I feel like I got ripped off.. My 4.95 turned into 89’95 x 3..I’m on a fixed income and don’t know how i’m gonna survive!!!!

  22. I ordered a “sample” and got charged on the 15th day $89.53. They automatically charged me again on the 15th of the following month. I called to cancel and was told I could not get a refund. However, the logo on the web page stated that the product had a 100% satisfaction guarantee making think there was no risk involved. They will not honor the guarantee after the first 14 days. I closed my credit card since the next charge was “pending.” I also filed a claim with my credit card company. Hopefully I can get a refund that way….

  23. Does Sandra Bullock even know they are pushing her as a celebrity endorse . As for Dr. Oz, maybe since he pretty much backs anything non-conventional. Now, that’s a lawsuit! Maybe if she has no clue, by using her in ads and customer testimony, it would bring the company down thus, another skincare scam done! Honest Beauty does the same. Don’t even get involved with them! Products are horrid

    • I’m going to try to reach out to the media I got scammed also and I’m pissed o want my money back rotten crooks

  24. I wish someone could get the word out about these scammers. They are making money hand over fist with this 14 day trial lie they are telling. As a previous comment states, “If the product is so good, why scam people? “

    • Let me know if you can get a lawyer interested in taking them on I would like to join in the law suit

    • Please let me know if you were able to get a lawyer to take your case . Going thru the same Bull !!

  25. This is a scam of all time…I never saw that I would be bill $89 for these products after fourteen days…I thought it was a free sample…that is what they advertised…just pay shipping…$4.95. I will look for a lawsuit!

  26. Sure wish I had seen these reviews first! Just got my 2nd chard of $89.53! I originally got the “free” sample of the Finesse (which by the way was not a full size bottle! and Hr-Cream (Hydrate & Rejuvenate Eye Restoration).
Came in the same package. I guess I didn’t read the “trial” data package and got shipped another charge in January. I called and said “cancel me…I don’t want it”. Was not told I had to call two numbers. Just yesterday, I got another shipment of Finesse and another $89.53 charge. Called and they said, ‘well you didn’t call us”. Arguing did no good. I’ll pay it but I guarantee you I’ll let everyone I know to never buy anything from these people…never mind that the product isn’t woth.****!

    • Same thing happened to me….thought I was having a “sample” shipped to me. I pitched a fit and got the second $89.53 refunded. I filed a claim with my credit card company, after closing the account, for the first charge. If you can find where you ordered it from, it has the 100% satisfaction guarantee logo. But the company won’t honor it. I agree….SCAMMERS!

      • The same thing happened to me. I was actually aware of the cancellation policy and called before the 14rh day to cancel it and was put through to a recorded option allowing me to pay a discounted rate to keep the products and cancel all future shipments and charges. I GOT AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM IT WAS CANCELLED AND ALL FUTURE BILLING STOPPED. This was on Feb 1. On March 8 I noticed an $88 charge and looked back to see one on Feb 4 as well after I had cancelled. I figured no big deal I have the email I will call and get a refund. They denied ever sending the email even though I had it right in front of me. They said I never called to cancel. I have proff of the one time charge the day I called and the email. They refused to do anything. They were arguing with me and were very nasty. I started threatening fraud and reporting this and they hung up. This was at 12:50am!!! Next thing I got an email saying your order from March 3 has been cancelled. I called them back again saying I never made another order on March 3. My original order was at the end of jan here is the proof again. Threatened them again they hung up. Then an email stating an $88 refund will be given(still haven’t seen it). AND there is still another charge. I’m going to my bank. I’ll go to the better business bureau, consumer advocates, lawyers, whoever else I can to stop this. It is a complete scam. I was most in shock as they say their denying this email went out originally confirming my cancellation.

  27. Totally agree with the previous bad reviews!!!! SCAMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!
I just got charged over $180 to my credit card, and nobody responds at the supposly 7/24 customer service!
DON”T BUY THIS!!!!!! I hate when comapnies do this to customers who otehrwise would probably buy their product if they were honest and straight forward.
    SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!

  28. Total scam! On the 14th day they chage you 180 plus shipping. They threw on another product when I thought I had only ordered 1. Spent an hr on two customer service lines to try to get refund. If the product is so good then what do they have to be deceptive about getting money from people. DON’T DO IT!

  29. free trial offers for the cost of shipping on the syrup and the cream. They then charge your card for almost $90.00 for each. My total ended up at $178.31 plus the two shipping charges. The results are not as shown.

  30. That trial offer works the same as many scammy autoship programs you’ll find online. Enough said.
And if you order from your phone and can’t read the fine print…well just don’t. It’s not worth it anyway.
