To lose weight just eat protein veg water and take exercise 45 min a day 4d.a.w. you can eat a least 4 meals a day I start with chicken and spinach omelet for breakfast sausages and tomatoes for lunch and for dinner chicken and veg but it’s in portrait to go to the gym as I said and I lost 3 stone in 6 months.
