Diabetes 60 System Review

The Diabetes 60 System promises to teach you a 60 second trick to cure your type 2 diabetes. Here’s our Diabetes 60 System review.

What is Diabetes 60 System?

Diabetes 60 System is a system that doesn’t quite promise to cure your type 2 diabetes. It does, however, promise to reverse “100% of your diabetes symptoms”. It also promises to let you “eat your favorite foods” and never have to check your blood again.

Diabetes 60 System also hypes up its system enormously by saying “This is the biggest diabetes breakthrough in the past 100 years”.

By following the lessons explained in the Diabetes 60 System eBook, you can reverse diabetes symptoms at any age.

All of this probably sounds too good to be true. So how does Diabetes 60 System actually work?

How Does Diabetes 60 System Work?

Diabetes 60 System claims to be able to “reverse” your type 2 diabetes (it never actually says the word “cure”, but that’s exactly what it promises) regardless of your condition:

— “No matter if you’re 60, 80 or over 100”
— “No matter your weight”
— “No matter the extent of your diabetes”
— “Even if your doctor has said your condition is hopeless”

How does Diabetes 60 System live up to these promises?

The system relies on something called High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT.

HIIT is a popular fitness technique that basically involves working out at maximum intensity for quick bursts of time – like 20 to 40 seconds – followed by a period of rest.

Some studies have shown that 10 minutes of HIIT is more effective than, say, 60 minutes of slower-paced cardio. For example, sprinting on and off for 10 minutes can be more effective than just jogging at a medium pace for 60 minutes.

The studies show that HIIT is better for cardio performance and VO2 max results. However, some studies have also shown that HIIT improves your insulin sensitivity.

One study at the School of Life Sciences at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, for example, found that HIIT increased insulin sensitivity by 28%.

The specific training program outlined in Diabetes 60 System involves working out in bursts of fast movement for 60 seconds per day. At its most basic level, this program requires you to get up and move for just 60 seconds per day. To make the program more effective, however, you’ll want to perform multiple daily workouts.

Clinical Trial for Diabetes 60 System

The creators of Diabetes 60 System claim that they spent 12 weeks developing their system and then put it through a clinical trial. Apparently, that clinical trial was so popular that

“we had a queue of eager and excited trial patients outside our office and stretching round the corner ready to put it to the test.”

That seems weird that a clinical trial would require people to line up outside an office, or that people would be so excited for a random clinical trial that they would line up for hours – but hey, it makes for a good story.

In any case, the creator of Diabetes 60 System claims that the trial led to the following results:

— Blood sugar readings dropped from 242 to 144 in 50 days
— Rates of hypertension “fell dramatically”
— The average patient lost 13 pounds in 2 months, while the maximum weight loss was 27 pounds
— Some cases of neuropathy “were virtually wiped out”
— Quality of vision “dramatically improved”
— Energy levels “went through the roof”

That all sounds good. Unfortunately, the creator of Diabetes 60 System never mentions where that clinical trial took place. It also didn’t appear to be a double blind, placebo-controlled trial, as that’s not mentioned anywhere.

We’d like to see a little more evidence before we definitively say that Diabetes 60 System works. We don’t even know how many people were involved in the trial.

Who Created Diabetes 60 System?

Diabetes 60 System was created by a guy who claims to have been a practicing doctor for 12 years. He claims that he’s seen a rapid and disturbing increase in the number of men, women, and children being diagnosed with diabetes. After watching families suffer from this disease, that doctor decided to take a stand.

Oddly enough, that doctor never mentions much information about where he practices, or anything about the team that developed the system.

Typically, when a doctor creates the “biggest diabetes breakthrough in the past 100 years” (as claimed on the official site), then you’d want to attach your information to it, right?

All we know about the creator of Diabetes 60 System is that he’s named Dr. Ryan Shelton. There is a guy named Dr. Ryan Shelton based in Charlotte, NC, although that doctor doesn’t mention any information about Diabetes 60 System on his Twitter page, practice page, or anywhere else online. He’s also an internal medicine specialist with no mention of diabetes at his official website.

For these reasons, it appears that Diabetes 60 System was created by someone who is claiming to be Dr. Ryan Shelton, MD, but in reality, has no connection to that doctor.

There’s also only one listed way to contact the company that created Diabetes 60 System. You can email [email protected].

  1. Is this the same Dr. Ryan Shelton who is advertising the South Beach Lab Repair and Release skin Cream?

  2. Funny how when someone is recommending a “cure” for diabetes, that takes only 60 seconds a day, but you have to watch some so called doctor ramble on and on about the benefits of this BS, when it would be just as easy to simply cut to the chase and let us know what this so called miracle cure is, instead we get the same old crap of “I’m doctor so and so and this is how I discovered this cure etc… etc…. etc….. I think I’ll just keep my disease and you can keep your horse shit cure! Once again Thanks for nothing!

  3. Thank you, this confirms my suspicions. When you look up anything to do with the product, all you get is more product information. Odd that a Medical Doctor would NOT want to tout his credentials more. Not sure what he’s a doctor or, but is very effective at controlling the search engines.
